  • Publication number: 20250210147
Abstract: A user may select one or more potential common ancestors with a DNA match to view the target individual's relationship with them. The process may include identifying, from a first genealogical profile of the target individual. A first individual has a first linkage that connects the target individual towards the selected potential common ancestor. The process may also include identifying, from a second genealogical profile of the DNA match, a second individual who has a second linkage that connects the DNA match towards the selected potential common ancestor. The process may further include connecting the first linkage and the second linkage with the selected potential common ancestor by adding one or more individuals whose profiles are retrieved from other searchable genealogical profiles stored in the online system. With the nodes and connections available, the process may generate a map of visual connections between the target individual and the DNA match.

  • Patent number: 12341760
Abstract: The techniques herein are directed generally to a “zero-knowledge” data management network. Users are able to share verifiable proof of data and/or identity information, and businesses are able to request, consume, and act on the data—all without a data storage server or those businesses ever seeing or having access to the raw sensitive information (where server-stored data is viewable only by the intended recipients, which may even be selected after storage). In one embodiment, source data is encrypted with a source encryption key (e.g., source public key), with a rekeying key being an encrypting combination of a source decryption key (e.g., source private key) and a recipient's public key. Without being able to decrypt the data, the storage server can use the rekeying key to re-encrypt the source data with the recipient's public key, to then be decrypted only by the corresponding recipient using its private key, accordingly.

  • Publication number: 20250199092
Abstract: Presented herein are a flux detection circuit for sensing magnetic flux via a magnetic flux probe and method therein. A magnetic flux probe comprising circuit elements and forming a loop around a magnetic core avails interconnection of a flux-sensitive trace across a winding window. The flux detection circuit is configured to measure an electromotive force (emf) of one or more elements of the loop; and at least one of the circuit elements may be adjustable (e.g., may comprise a variable resistance). In this manner the magnetic flux probe and flux detection circuit may be calibrated to accurately detect a signal proportional to the time-varying magnetic flux and to provide the signal across a winding window.

Abstract: Techniques for generating a report for a website are presented herein. A method can include accessing, by one or more computing devices, a plurality of unidentified events. Each event in the plurality of unidentified events can be associated with one or more properties. Additionally, the method can calculate, using a machine-learned prediction model, a number of pseudo users associated with the plurality of unidentified events based on an event-to-user-ratio and a total number of unidentified events. Moreover, the method can include assigning a first event from the plurality of unidentified events to a first pseudo user based on the one or more properties of the first event. Furthermore, the method can include generating the report for the website. The report includes information derived from the first event being assigned to the first pseudo user.

  • Patent number: 12335239
Abstract: The techniques herein are directed generally to personalized secure communication session management, such as for virtual private networks (VPNs). In one embodiment, a user is authenticated at a client device to verify that the user is present at the client device and authorized to access one or more secured resources, and in response, a secure communication session is established for the client device to access the secured resources. At a later time during the secure communication session, it is determined whether the user is still authenticated at the client device, such that if so, access to the one or more secured resources is maintained on the secure communication session, or else access is restricted to the one or more secured resources (e.g., the session is terminated, or access is otherwise limited).

  • Publication number: 20250188662
Abstract: A laundry machine is provided with a user interface to receive a user input of a user selected preprogrammed laundry treatment cycle. A processor receives user provided product identity data for multiple laundry treatment products. The processor operates a specific preprogrammed laundry treatment cycle when a predetermined set of the product identity data is received. The processor operates the user selected preprogrammed laundry treatment cycle in absence of receiving the predetermined set of the product identity data. A method is also provided for laundering articles. The method includes inputting the user provided product identity data to form a user set of multiple laundry treatment products, comparing the user set to a predetermined set of multiple laundry treatment products. Upon detecting that the user set matches the predetermined set, laundering the articles according to a specific preprogrammed laundry treatment cycle associated with the predetermined set.
