  • Patent number: 11059678
Abstract: A barrel elevator system for vertically moving barrels of liquid between a ground floor and any one of a number of floors at a warehouse for storage of the barrels. The barrel elevator system includes a support frame located in an elevator shaft and a series of cradle assemblies supported between a pair of lifting chains. A loading station is located on the ground floor for receiving barrels to be stored or for removing barrels after storage. Each floor includes a unloading station that allows barrels to be removed from the cradle for storage and returned to the cradles after storage. Each of the loading and unloading stations includes a shield assembly to restrict access to the elevator shaft. A rail section and handle are used to load and unload barrels from the cradles. The handle extends through the shield assembly for access by an operator.

  • Publication number: 20200353082
Abstract: This invention discloses a treatment for a patient receiving medication to treat an attention deficit disorder such as ADHD wherein the treatment results in a loss of appetite and impairment of the patient's attentiveness. The treatment combines a treatment for an attention deficit disorder with an appetite stimulant, wherein the appetite stimulant increases the caloric intake of a patient, which can increase the patient's attentiveness. The combination treatment can be given for an indefinite, including, without limitation, life-long, to allow a patient to maintain normal caloric intake during treatment for an attention deficit disorder.

  • Patent number: 10647351
Abstract: A robotic vehicle is provided with a novel wheel design and a virtual differential transmission. The novel wheels are generally rounded with scallops along the outer periphery permitting secure engagement of irregular terrain structures, such as the rungs of an inclined ladder. The virtual differential transmission employs rotational sensors in independently driven wheels to maintain information on the relative rotational position of left- and right-side wheels. When necessary, the relative rotational position information is used to selectively drive the left- or right-side wheel until the scallops in a left-side wheel are horizontally aligned with the scallops in a right-side wheel. Thus, the virtual differential transmission can realign the scallops in left- and right-side wheels to facilitate their mutual engagement with a terrain structure, such as a ladder rung.

  • Publication number: 20200138329
Abstract: A setup, imaging, and gating/tracking through holographic topography (S.I.G.H.T.) mapping system includes a mm-wave antenna array and a SIGHT computing device. The mm-wave antenna array is configured to transmit a first plurality of mm-wave signals directed toward a patient positioned on a treatment device, receive a second plurality of mm-wave signal reflected by the patient and the treatment device, and generate at least one output signal based on the second plurality of mm-wave signals. The S.I.G.H.T. computing device includes a processor and a memory coupled to the processor. The S.I.G.H.T. computing device is configured to receive the at least one output signal from the mm-wave antenna array and to process the at least one output signal to generate at least one of: i) a position of a patient relative to the treatment device and ii) a reconstructed image of the patient.
