    Abstract: A process is provided for inspection of a variety of structures on the basis of a golden template, that was attained by recording and statistical analysis of greyscale pictures and is compared to the greyscale picture of the structure to be evaluated based on position. The underlying task is to report any such inspection process, with which a positioning of the test structure relative to the golden template and a structure detection with sub-pixel accuracy is carried out. In positioning of each further structure to be recorded, which follows a first recorded structure, the further structure is fundamentally positioned in accordance with the first positioned structure, applicable characteristic values of the greyscale picture recorded in this position are determined and hence a degree of similarity is determined.

    Abstract: A holding mechanism for a fender for an agricultural vehicle includes a first holding element connected to an axle casing or a hub assembly of a steerable wheel of the vehicle. The holding mechanism also includes a second holding element connected to the fender and rotatably coupled to the first holding element about a generally vertical swivel axis. The holding mechanism also includes a linkage assembly which is connected to the second holding element. A steering movement of the hub assembly causes a reduced rotation of the second holding element and hence the fender in the same direction as the hub assembly. The linkage assembly is preferably connected to a steering actuator at a position which is spaced apart from the hub assembly.

    Abstract: A method is provided for increasing the accuracy of the positioning of a first object relative to a second object. The method overcomes the disadvantageous influence of thermal drift between a first and a second object during a positioning of a first object on a second object. The method finds applications in manufacturing, for example, in the manufacturing of semiconductor components. The method utilizes recognition of structures on the second object which have a minimum structure width. At a first instant, using one recognition procedure, the first object is positioned on the second object in a desired position. The relative displacement of the two objects is determined at the first instant and on at least one subsequent instant. A second recognition procedure may be used for this purpose. The second recognition procedure may have a resolution accuracy which is different than the resolution accuracy of the first resolution procedure. The second recognition procedure may be a pattern recognition method.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a tester for pressure sensors in the wafer compound or isolated pressure sensors having a recess for the pressure sensors as well as means for electrical contacting of the electrical connections of at least one of the pressure sensors. The invention is intended to make it possible to test pressure sensors still in a wafer compound for their function. According to the invention, a pressure head is provided which has an interior space open on one side, the open face of which is capable of being mounted on the pressure sensor in such a way that the interior space is tightly sealed by the latter. In this way a static or dynamic pressure of specified amount and duration can be exerted on the sensor element at least so that the sensor element is moved out of its resting position. At the same time, the electrical connections of the selected pressure sensor are connected with an electrical evaluation unit.

Furthermore a valve circuit supplied by a hydraulic pump is provided for the control of the level, which controls the pressure of the accumulators as a function of the load on the axle body.To improve the operating and spring characteristics of the utility vehicle it is proposed that the mechanical and hydraulic components be designed for a spring suspension under maximum load of the axle body.

    Abstract: A control mechanism is coupled to a gearshift lever which is adapted to control a reversing gearbox having neutral, forward and reverse operational modes. The control mechanism includes a pivot lever which is connected to the gearshift lever and which is pivoted about a first stationary axis, a reset lever which is pivoted about a second stationary axis, a resetting element which is connected to the reset lever and a spring which urges the reset lever into a neutral position. The pivot and reset levers are slidably and rotatably coupled to each other so that a buckling of the pivot and reset levers from their neutral position against the force of the spring is possible. A detent mechanism permits the levers to remain in their buckled position against the bias of the spring.

    Abstract: An axle suspension suspends a rigid axle body from a frame of a vehicle. The suspension has a pivot bearing for pivotally supporting the axle body, a spring arrangement for resiliently coupling the axle body to the frame, a thrust arm extending in a longitudinal direction between the axle body and the frame, and a steering arm extending generally horizontally and transverse to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle. The steering arm has one end connected to the frame and a second end connected by the pivot bearing to the axle body. The axle body supports rotatable wheels. According to the present invention, the suspension includes a pivot stop between the axle body and the vehicle frame. The pivot stop is coupled to the axle at a first joint which is spaced apart from a pivot axis of the axle, and coupled to the frame at a second joint. The line connecting the two joints extends generally parallel to the main axis of the axle body.

The device includes an actuator lever non-rotatably fixed to and extending radially from the actuator shaft and linkages coupled between the locking lever and the actuator lever for moving the actuator shaft into its neutral position when the parking lock is engaged.

    Abstract: A ventilating system for a vehicle cab includes a blower which draws fresh air from the exterior of the cab into the interior of the cab. A filter housing is inserted generally transverse to the direction of air flow through a service opening in the ventilating system into the channel through which the fresh air flows. The filter housing encloses a fresh air filter. The blower also draws recirculating air from the interior of the cab through a recirculating air intake opening and blows it back through a recirculating air filter into the cab through an outlet opening. The recirculating air filter is also mounted in the filter housing. A filter insert includes a filter housing which contains the fresh air filter and the recirculating air filter, which are adjacent each other on either side of a separating wall, fresh air and recirculating air are separately filtered.
