A housing includes a trigger button and an inner seal to engage a second groove sealing the housing and the housing cover, and an anchoring frame on the internal facing portion of the lock coupled to the housing. The trigger button extends through the anchoring frame, and the trigger button is accessible from the internal facing portion of the lock to releasably actuate the lock assembly.
