    Abstract: A connector assembly includes a subsidiary circuit board, connectors, and an interposer assembly. The subsidiary circuit board includes opposite sides. The connectors are mounted to the opposite sides of the subsidiary circuit board and are electrically coupled with the subsidiary circuit board. The connectors are configured to mate with mating connectors. The interposer assembly is joined with the subsidiary circuit board. The interposer assembly includes a dielectric housing and elongated contacts that extend between opposite outer ends along a vertical axis and are held by the housing. The interposer assembly mates with the subsidiary circuit board and is configured to mate with a main circuit board such that the outer ends of the contacts electrically couple the connectors mounted to the subsidiary circuit board with the main circuit board.

    Abstract: Applying pulses to liquid being injected into wells makes the ground/liquid formation more homogenous, and more penetrative. A system for automatically creating the pulses is described, in which a piston is acted upon by the pressure differential (PDAF) between the supplied accumulator pressure and the formation pressure. The changing levels of the PDAF as the pulse-valve opens (and the PDAF falls) and as the pulse-valve closes (and the PDAF rises) are harnessed to actuate an inhibitor that restrain movement of the valve-piston, and delays opening and/or closing of the pulse-valve. The pulse-valve is engineered to open explosively, and thus create penetrative porosity-waves in the formation. The system includes a pressurized-gas accumulator, and injection-check-valve which can maintain pulsing even when the ground is not saturated, and the static injector, which allows non-pulsed injection only when the ground is non-saturated.

The housing includes a mating end configured to be inserted into the interior chamber of the receptacle assembly to mate with the mating connector. The latch includes a securing protrusion and a spring finger. The securing protrusion is configured to mechanically engage the aperture of the inner surface to secure the housing with respect to the receptacle assembly. The spring finger is shaped to electrically engage the inner surface of the receptacle assembly when the connector assembly mates with the receptacle assembly such that the latch is electrically connected to the electrical ground.

The guide frame includes a top wall and defines an interior chamber that is configured to receive a mating connector. The top wall defines an opening that provides access to the interior chamber. The heat sink is held in the interior chamber such that at least an upper portion of the heat sink produces through the opening and a lower portion of the heat sink engages the mating connector when the mating connector is loaded in the interior chamber. The conductive gasket is held in the interior chamber between the guide frame and the heat sink. The gasket is configured to be compressed between the guide frame and the heat sink when the mating connector is loaded into the interior chamber such that the gasket provides a conductive path between the heat sink and the guide frame.

An embodiment of the invention is meant for use and transport by an individual or group of individuals, and does not require significant support electronics or power supplies in excess of a typical car-battery in size and weight.
