  • Patent number: 11887568
Abstract: The disclosed generative composition system produces a composition to a briefing that describes a musical journey in emotional descriptions. The composition is assembled from concatenated interchangeable Form Atoms “FAs” selectable by tags aligning emotional descriptions with respective compositional heuristics. Each FA has self-contained constructional properties representative of an historical musical corpus. These heuristics support generation of chords, in chord schemes of musical tonics, achieving an equivalent form function. Each FA also includes chord spacer heuristics that temporally space generated chords across a defined musical window, and a chord list in a local tonic defining branching structures giving options for generating different chords. A progression descriptor, in combination with a form function, expresses musically a question, an answer or a statement, with each FA creating a meta-map of a chord scheme for a musical section.

  • Publication number: 20240028042
Abstract: A device may determine, based on image data of an environment that includes a ground surface, depth information indicating distances from a vehicle to different areas of the ground surface. The device may generate, based on the depth information, an overlay to indicate a range of distances from the vehicle. The range of distances may be associated with an area. The device may provide, for display, a video feed including the image data with the overlay on the ground surface. The overlay may provide the perception of depth, with respect to the area, during an operation of the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20240009012
Abstract: A stent delivery system is adapted to deliver and release a self-expanding stent with improved force transmission efficiency and reduced energy loss. The stent delivery system includes an inner member including a stent receiving region, a proximal member that includes a buckle-reducing member that is adapted to reduce collapsibility within the proximal member, and a deployment sheath that extends coaxially about the inner member and the proximal member and is movable between a position in which the deployment sheath constrains the self-expanding stent and a position in which the deployment sheath does not constrain self-expanding stent, the deployment sheath including a stretch-reducing member that is adapted to reduce stretchability within the deployment sheath, wherein a reduced collapsibility of the proximal member and a reduced stretchability of the deployment sheath together reduce energy loss within the stent delivery system.

  • Publication number: 20240000038
Abstract: A milking stall has a lift rail; an actuator for rotating the lift rail between neutral and maximum positions; a divider mounted on and extending rearward of the lift rail; and, an exit gate mounted on and depending downwardly from the lift rail. The exit gate has a head rail rotatably mounted on the lift rail and a shoulder bar connected to and depending downwardly from the head rail. The exit gate pivots with the lift rail, and the shoulder bar points more rearward in the maximum position than in the neutral position. The head rail is rotatably mounted on the lift rail through a torsion spring. The torsion spring biases rotation of the head rail relative to the lift rail and is pre-loaded on the lift rail to provide a rotational bias to the head rail so that the shoulder bar is urged rearward by the rotational bias.

Each flange is drilled with holes to allow the bracket to be bolted to a roof rack rail. A top bracket made in a box shape with an open bottom to fit over the box-shaped bottom bracket and with the top of the top bracket fabricated to accept two bolts that will screw into an adapter fitted into a rail slot on the underside of a roof-top tent. The top bracket is also has two opposing through-holes matching the through-holes on the sides of the bottom bracket. The top and bottom brackets held together by a locking quick-release pin inserted through the through-hole on the sides of the top and bottom brackets.

  • Publication number: 20230418495
Abstract: Techniques for persisting user data across secure shell instances are provided. A method includes receiving a first request from a session manager service to establish a connection to a secure shell instance and restore a user block volume with corresponding backup user data. The method may include reserving an empty block volume. The method may also include transmitting a backup data identifier associated with the corresponding backup user data to a backup service and receiving the corresponding backup user data from the backup service. The method may further include providing the corresponding backup user data to the empty block volume to create a restore volume and transmitting a restore volume identifier corresponding to a data center identifier to the session manager service. The method may include receiving a second request to attach the restore volume to a reserved instance, the second request being received from the session manager service.

  • Patent number: 11853545
Abstract: Apparatus and methods are disclosed for selection of characters from an electronic user interface. In one embodiment, a letter selection interface displays letters in a row, some of which are recordable by an input interpreter and others that are unrecordable. In one embodiment, unrecordable letters visually separate letters that are both (1) recordable, and (2) assigned to different but adjacent selection buttons. In response to received touch-screen activations, an interpreter records recordable letter selections and a display displays both recordable and unrecordable letter selections. The interpreter composes a sequence of the recorded letters. An algorithm identifies alternatives to the recorded sequence by editing one or more letters of the sequence, such that each edit changes a selected letter to an adjacent unrecordable letter. The algorithm outputs words that match the originally composed sequence or one of the identified alternatives.

  • Patent number: 11854519
Abstract: A system is described that permits identified musical phrases or themes to be synchronized and linked into changing real-world events. The achieved synchronization includes a seamless musical transition—achieved using a timing offset, such as relative advancement of an significant musical “onset,” that is inserted to align with a pre-existing but identified music signature, beat or timebase—between potentially disparate pre-identified musical phrases having different emotive themes defined by their respective time signatures, intensities, keys, musical rhythms and/or musical phrasing. The system operates to augment an overall sensory experience of a user in the real world by dynamically changing, re-ordering or repeating and then playing audio themes within the context of what is occurring in the surrounding physical environment, e.g. during different phases of a cardio workout in a step class the music rate and intensity increase during sprint periods and decrease during recovery periods.

  • Publication number: 20230398773
Abstract: Systems and methods facilitate the automated manufacture of fabric articles. In an example operation, a single web of fabric is unwound and transported to a sequence of stations. At one station, the unwound fabric is cut to create first and second components of the fabric article and a web of remainder fabric. Then the web of remainder fabric is removed from the first and second components of the fabric article. At another station, adhesive is applied to the second component. Then a robot positions the first component onto the second component. At another station, the adhesive is cured. At another station, a design in printed onto the first component.

  • Publication number: 20230401566
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and system, in FIG. 1, for verifying authenticity of specific personal data responsive to a unique wallet address (70) on a public ledger (66) of an unregulated platform (60). The wallet contains one or more non-transferable NFTs each locked to the wallet and related to specific personal data. The non-transferable NFT was minted from a regulated platform (27) to which there is a record (76) in the public ledger. Supplying the unique address of the wallet to a service supplier affects a log-in of a client (18) to the service supplier (90), whereafter message interactions over a network (12) between the service supplier and the unregulated platform (60) permits searching for a relevant (72) non-transferable NFTs (74) stored in the wallet and related to the specific personal data. Return of any relevant non-transferable NFT related to the personal data thus verifies authenticity of the specific personal data by association with a regulated platform.
