  • Publication number: 20230401565
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and system, in FIG. 1, for verifying authenticity of specific personal data responsive to a unique wallet address (70) on a public ledger (66) of an unregulated platform (60). The wallet contains one or more non-transferable NFTs each locked to the wallet and related to specific personal data. The non-transferable NFT was minted from a regulated platform (27) to which there is a record (76) in the public ledger. Supplying the unique address of the wallet to a service supplier affects a log-in of a client (18) to the service supplier (90), whereafter message interactions over a network (12) between the service supplier and the unregulated platform (60) permits searching for a relevant (72) non-transferable NFTs (74) stored in the wallet and related to the specific personal data. Return of any relevant non-transferable NFT related to the personal data thus verifies authenticity of the specific personal data by association with a regulated platform.

  • Publication number: 20230401574
Abstract: The present invention concerns the verification and authentication of independent digital wallets and, particularly, the linking of regulated and unregulated digital wallets on a public blockchain. An unregulated trading system has a public certificate module arranged selectively to write NFTs into specific unregulated accounts. A public ledger database of the blockchain system stores unregulated accounts which each contain: (i) a document type identifier having a related minted unique non-transferable NFT linked to an externally generated certificate hash and where each non-transferable NFT is obtained via writing of a smart contract and each non-transferable NFT is a permanent record for a description of the document type; and (ii) a link to a private wallet of a regulated account of a regulated trading platform. The link relates directly to the minted non-transferable NFT issued from the certificate module.

  • Patent number: 11842710
Abstract: A processor-based method of producing a generative musical composition is disclosed herein. The method includes the step of receiving a briefing narrative which describes a musical journey by referencing a plurality of emotional descriptions related to a plurality of musical sections. The generative musical composition is assembled with regard to the briefing narrative through the selection and concatenation of Form Atoms with tags that align with the emotional descriptions related to the musical sections. The Form Atoms, which have compositional nature aligned with the emotional descriptions and self-contained constructional properties representative of the historical corpus of music, are then selected and substituted into the generative composition.

  • Patent number: 11831645
Abstract: This disclosure relates to restricting access in a social network. The social network stores profile information for each of a plurality of users of the social network in a database. The social network receives, from a first user of the social network, a request to invite a second user to establish a connection with the first user. The social network transmits, to the first user, one or more questions pertaining to the profile information of the second user. The social network receives, from the first user, one or more answers responsive to the one or more questions. The social network determines whether each of the answers is correct based on the stored profile information of the second user. The social network transmits, to the second user, an invitation to establish the connection with the first user when at least a number of the answers are correct.

  • Patent number: 11816592
Abstract: In the disclosure of the present innovation the system utilizes artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics for practical and robust digital democracy applications to dynamically predict the most important states to survey in a process. In the present invention, beneficiaries are surveyed about their preferences over various options in these surveyed states. In the current invention, when a state that has not been surveyed occurs, Bayesian methods are used to dynamically predict what a user's ballot would have looked like if that state had been surveyed and Bayesian prediction is then tested, and if the result is found to be robust then a decision is reached using voting logic and economic theory. In the system of the current invention, if the results are not robust, then the process is rerun to determine the most important states to survey.

  • Publication number: 20230358696
Abstract: A method for attaching a prepared sample to a carrier in a focused ion beam chamber. The method includes reducing a temperature within the chamber to substantially below room temperature followed by moving the prepared sample adjacent to a substrate carrier surface. The temperature can be lowered sufficiently to establish a cryogenic condition in the chamber. Attachment of the prepared sample to the substrate carrier is done by controlling the focused ion beam to raster a target area of the surface in the absence of a gas deposition precursor, to sputter material onto the base of the sample and the substrate carrier surface, thereby binding the prepared sample to the substrate carrier.

  • Publication number: 20230342027
Abstract: Apparatus and methods are disclosed for selection of characters from an electronic user interface. In one embodiment, a letter selection interface displays letters in a row, some of which are recordable by an input interpreter and others that are unrecordable. In one embodiment, unrecordable letters visually separate letters that are both (1) recordable, and (2) assigned to different but adjacent selection buttons. In response to received touch-screen activations, an interpreter records recordable letter selections and a display displays both recordable and unrecordable letter selections. The interpreter composes a sequence of the recorded letters. An algorithm identifies alternatives to the recorded sequence by editing one or more letters of the sequence, such that each edit changes a selected letter to an adjacent unrecordable letter. The algorithm outputs words that match the originally composed sequence or one of the identified alternatives.
