    Abstract: In some embodiments, a method for forming an integrated circuit is provided. The method includes forming a first layer over a semiconductor wafer, the first layer having a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is patterned by projecting a first image field over the first portion of the first layer, where the first portion of the first layer corresponds to the first image field. The second portion is patterned by projecting a second image field over the second portion of the first layer, where the second portion of the first layer corresponds to the second image field. A second layer is formed over the first layer. The second layer is patterned by projecting a third image field over the second layer, where the third image field covers a majority of the first portion and a majority of the second portion of the first layer.

    Abstract: AN LED driving apparatus includes a power stage circuit and a dimming control circuit. The power stage circuit drives an LED circuit. The dimming control circuit includes a duty ratio conversion circuit, a digital-to analog conversion (DAC) circuit, an error amplifier (EA) circuit and a modulation control circuit. The duty ratio conversion circuit converts a PWM dimming signal to a digital duty ratio signal. The DAC circuit converts the digital duty ratio signal to an analog reference signal. The EA circuit generates an error amplified signal according to a difference between the analog reference signal and an output current related signal. The modulation control circuit generates a PWM control signal according to the error amplified signal, to control the power switch, such that the output current relates to a dimming duty ratio, whereby the dimming control circuit dims the LED circuit according to the PWM dimming signal.

The invention provides a method for preparing an amplicon library for detecting a low-frequency mutation of a target gene, comprising the following steps: 1) design and synthesize a Barcode primer F1, an forward primer F2, a reverse outer primer R1, and a reverse inner primer R2; 2) perform a one-step PCR amplification on the cfDNA of the sample to be tested using the Barcode primer F1, the forward primer F2, the reverse outer primer R1, and the reverse inner primer R2 to obtain an amplified product, which is a DNA library for an amplicon sequencing. In addition to detect tissue samples, the method can also quickly, easily, sensitively and specifically amplify different target regions of cell free DNA from samples such as blood, urine, and CSF, and efficiently detect mutations as low as 0.1%.

    Abstract: An optical proximity sensor with a digital calibration circuit and a digital calibration method are provided. In a test mode, a test light emitted by a light transmitter is reflected by a cover of an electronic device to form a first reflected analog signal to a light receiver. A digital calibration circuit counts the first number of pulse waves of a first reflected digital signal. In a calibration mode, a light is emitted to a detected object through the cover and then is reflected by the detected object to form a second reflected analog signal to the light receiver. When the digital calibration circuit counts the number of pulse waves of a second reflected digital signal up to the first number, the digital calibration circuit clears the first number and then recounts the number of pulse waves of the second reflected digital signal to obtain the second number.
