  • Patent number: 8739082
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of selecting a subset of patterns from a design, to a method of performing source and mask optimization, and to a computer program product for performing the method of selecting a subset of patterns from a design. According to certain aspects, the present invention enables coverage of the full design while lowering the computation cost by intelligently selecting a subset of patterns from a design in which the design or a modification of the design is configured to be imaged onto a substrate via a lithographic process. The method of selecting the subset of patterns from a design includes identifying a set of patterns from the design related to the predefined representation of the design. By selecting the subset of patterns according to the method, the selected subset of patterns constitutes a similar predefined representation of the design as the set of patterns.

  • Publication number: 20140087064
Abstract: A method for preparing a touch screen panel includes forming a non-conductive pattern on a non-display part on one face of a window plate, so that the thickness of the non-conductive pattern is decreased to produce a thin touch screen panel. In addition, this will prevent leakage of ink through the holes of the window plate, and improve the reliability of a conductive electrode pattern layer at a lateral side of the non-conductive pattern, thereby reducing failure rates.

  • Publication number: 20130275064
Abstract: A measurement device is provided. The measurement device comprises a power controller, a detector, a temperature sensor, and a processor. The power controller receives alternating-current (AC) power and transforms the AC power to direct-current (DC) power. The detector detects the DC power to generate a voltage value and a current value. The temperature sensor senses an environment temperature of the measurement device. The processor reads the voltage value, the current value, and the environment temperature and obtains an efficiency coefficient of the power controller according to the voltage value, the current value, and the environment temperature. The processor further obtains a real power consumption value corresponding to the AC power according to the efficiency coefficient.
