    Abstract: Use of an exosome derived from decidual natural killer (dNK) cells or a dNK cell subset in the preparation of a drug and an auxiliary therapeutic agent for infertility-related diseases is provided. Experiments have confirmed that the exosome treats the endometrial growth disorder-related diseases by promoting increase of endometrial thickness, increasing endometrial cell viability, reducing endometrial cell damage, promoting VEGF expression, and maintaining stemness and stimulating proliferation of endometrial stromal cells, such that a conception rate for endometrial injury model mice increases from 20% to 50%-70%; and the exosome treats the maternal-fetal immune tolerance disorder-related diseases by exerting immune tolerance, reducing a spontaneous abortion rate, and increasing a helper T cell level.

A database-matching calculation method and a threshold value is set through a spectrum-matching analysis module. A matching calculation between the uploaded data and the spectrograms in the infrared spectrum database of the standard sample asphalt through the cloud server is conducted. An asphalt matching result is outputted to a display terminal. An early-warning message is pushed by the cloud server if a test result is not-match.

    Abstract: Pharmaceutical compositions, and a method of stabilizing pharmaceutical compositions having clevidipine, or any pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, as the active ingredient is described. The method includes the slowing down or inhibiting of the oxidation pathway of clevidipine. This can be accomplished by reducing the amount the pharmaceutical composition is exposed to oxygen and/or light during the manufacturing and storing processes. According to this method, oxygen must be removed or replaced, or light must be sufficiently blocked such that light energy cannot reach the active ingredient of the composition, or is reduced to a level that the light-induced oxidation reaction converting clevidipine to H324/78 is minimized, such that the total detectable level of H324/78 in a given composition sample does not exceed about 0.2% on a weight-by-weight basis, or the ratio of clevidipine to H324/78 is equal to or greater than about 450 to 1 on a weight-to-weight basis.
