  • Patent number: 12206143
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a composite electrolyte membrane and a method of manufacturing the same. A catalyst composite layer in the composite electrolyte membrane uniformly includes a catalyst and an antioxidant, whereby it is possible to inhibit generation of hydrogen peroxide by side reaction. In addition, the catalyst composite layer is formed as a separate layer, whereby the catalyst composite layer is instead degraded, greatly inhibiting membrane degradation even in the case in which radicals attack an ionomer due to small side reaction. Furthermore, it is possible to control the position of the catalyst composite layer including the catalyst and the antioxidant by adjusting the thicknesses of a second ion exchange layer and the catalyst composite layer, whereby it is possible to protect a specific degradation position, and therefore it is possible to efficiently improve membrane durability.

  • Patent number: 12009528
Abstract: Disclosed are a catalyst complex and a method of manufacturing the same. The catalyst complex may be manufactured by uniformly depositing metal catalyst particles on pretreated support particles through an atomic layer deposition process using a fluidized-bed reactor, which may be then uniformly dispersed throughout the ionomer solution. As such, manufacturing costs may be reduced due to the use of a small amount of metal catalyst particles and the durability of an electrolyte membrane and OCV may increase. Further disclosed are a method of manufacturing the catalyst complex, an electrolyte membrane including the catalyst complex, and a method of manufacturing the electrolyte membrane.

  • Publication number: 20240177054
Abstract: The system identifies false positives about a user and closes resulting alerts before the alert wastefully consume system resources. Machine learning techniques including clustering and multi-labeling classification are used to effectively categorize prior text-based notes to efficiently identify and automatically close false positive alerts. Moreover, weak labeling, AI transformers/sentence transformation, and/or k-means cluster analysis provide a means for condensing large quantities of textual data into ML model components with improved interpretability. Customer relationship management (CRM) platform and Risk Management Supervision (RMS) note analysis captures inefficiently/ineffectively organized past work and leverages it to reduce redundancies in future expert user/supervisory/customer advisory efforts. The various ML techniques disclosed herein output numerical features that directly improve model performance for alert triaging as a whole.
