Additionally, the rotary joint is configured to allow one electrical coupling to rotate with respect to the other electrical coupling. An axis of rotation of the rotary joint is defined by a center of a portion of the waveguides. Yet further, the rotary joint allows electromagnetic energy to propagate between the waveguides of the electrical couplings.

    Abstract: Server resources in a data center are disaggregated into shared server resource pools. Servers are constructed dynamically, on-demand and based on workload requirements, by allocating from these resource pools. A disaggregated compute system of this type keeps track of resources that are available in the shared server resource pools, and it manages those resources based on that information. Each server entity built is assigned with a unique server ID, and each resource that comprises a component thereof is tagged with the identifier. As a workload is processed by the server entity, its composition may change, e.g. by allocating more resources to the server entity, or by de-allocating resources from the server entity. Workload requests are associated with the unique server ID for the server entity. When a workload request is received at a resource, it matches its unique server ID to that of the request before servicing the request.

The present disclosure further provides the graphene powder prepared by the method above. With the method of the present disclosure, it effectively reduces the ratio of the defect of the graphene, increases the content of the graphene, and has less-layer graphene with high thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity.

    Abstract: Embodiments herein treat the action segmentation as a domain adaption (DA) problem and reduce the domain discrepancy by performing unsupervised DA with auxiliary unlabeled videos. In one or more embodiments, to reduce domain discrepancy for both the spatial and temporal directions, embodiments of a Mixed Temporal Domain Adaptation (MTDA) approach are presented to jointly align frame-level and video-level embedded feature spaces across domains, and, in one or more embodiments, further integrate with a domain attention mechanism to focus on aligning the frame-level features with higher domain discrepancy, leading to more effective domain adaptation. Comprehensive experiment results validate that embodiments outperform previous state-of-the-art methods. Embodiments can adapt models effectively by using auxiliary unlabeled videos, leading to further applications of large-scale problems, such as video surveillance and human activity analysis.
