    Abstract: A level shifting circuit generates a pulse signal, when both of the logic levels of two complementary input signals of a level shifter has changed while both of the logic levels of two output signals of the level shifter present at low logic level, to pull up either one of the output signals of the level shifter to a second high logic level. Once the logic level of both output signals at the first output node and the second output node present complementary, the level shifting circuit stops pulling up the output signal.

The current sensing circuit is configured to measure the current consumed by the flash memory during its operation, and output a current value. The processor is configured to output a control signal based on the current value. Therefore, the flash memory controller can instantly obtain a current value consumed during the operation of flash memory, and determine, based on the current value, whether the flash memory runs normally. A storage apparatus having the flash memory controller can instantly determine whether the flash memory runs normally.

    Abstract: A lighting device is disclosed, including an LED die, a light-transmissive encapsulant and a light-transmissive wall. The light-transmissive encapsulant covers the light-emitting side surfaces and the top surface, and the light-transmissive wall surrounds the light-transmissive encapsulant and covers the side surfaces of the light-transmissive encapsulant. Furthermore, the refractive index of the light-transmissive encapsulant is not greater than the refractive index of the light-transmissive wall. A lighting module is further disclosed, including a circuit substrate and the lighting devices, as described above, which are disposed on the circuit substrate. Therefore, when lights generated from the LED die are transmitted into the light-transmissive wall from the light-transmissive encapsulant, the lights will be deflected towards the lateral direction, thereby increasing the viewing angle of the lighting device.

The LC resonance circuit has a first connector connected to one input and a second connector connected to the switch, and is configured with a path including an inductance and a path including an inductance and a capacitance. An impedance between the first and second connectors has two resonant frequencies. The impedance has a local maximum at the lower resonant frequency, which is higher than a switching frequency, and a local minimum at the higher resonant frequency, which is around double the switching frequency.
