    Abstract: A servo device auto-booted upon power supply recovery and a method thereof include a plurality of mainboards, a circuit board, a power supply, a memory unit, an auto-booting unit, and a switching unit. The switching unit and the memory unit storing a basic input/output system (BIOS) are disposed on the circuit board. The auto-booting unit outputs a selection signal when the power supply recovers the supply of power after an abnormal power failure, and then the switching unit transmits the BIOS to each mainboard sequentially according to the selection signal, so as to finish the auto-booting of the entire servo device.

    Abstract: This invention discloses a fabrication method of organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) using the micro-contact printing. The OTFT can be of the bottom-gate or top-gate configuration. The micro-contact printing operation of this fabrication method does not require clean-room environment and high processing temperature, and does not have the problem of 2D shrinkage of the printed patterns either. Furthermore, the pre-wetting technique employed in the micro-contact printing results in improved fidelity in the pattern transfer and solves the problems of pairing and cross-talking between neighboring patterns.

    Abstract: A control circuit for current detection is disclosed. The control circuit outputting an output current to a power device comprises at least one first Field Effect Transistor (FET) coupled to the positive input terminal of an operational amplifier. The first FET is coupled to the power device through two voltage terminals, wherein the output current is passed through the first FET. The control circuit further comprises at least one second FET coupled to the first FET and the negative input terminal of the first operational amplifier, utilizing the virtual-short characteristic of the first operational amplifier to form a current mirror with the first FET, and copying the output current to generate a copy current by a scale whereby the output current is detected by the copy current. The invention detects the output current without consuming additional power so as to measure the power consumption for the power device.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a location-adjusting inspecting apparatus and method for a solar battery panel inspecting system. The inspecting apparatus includes an image-fetching device and a set of rotatable probe devices. A transport platen of the inspecting system transports a solar battery panel to an inspecting region. The image-fetching device fetches an image of electrode lines on the battery panel, and calculates an offset data by comparing the fetched image with a correct data representing the position and angle of electrode lines. Finally, the probe devices are controlled to generate a corrective rotation based on the calculated offset data. In this way, when pressing the solar battery panel, the probes of the probe devices can be aligned with and contact the electrode lines of the solar battery panel correctly, thereby increasing the accuracy in the inspection of the solar battery panel.

A liquid crystal mixture is prepared, where the liquid crystal mixture includes a liquid crystal molecule and a liquid crystal monomer having a functional group of diacrylates, and the liquid crystal monomer having the functional group of diacrylates occupies 0.01-2 wt % of the liquid crystal mixture. The first substrate and the second substrate are assembled, and the liquid crystal mixture is filled therebetween. A polymerization curing process is performed such that the liquid crystal monomer having the functional group of diacrylates is polymerized to respectively form a liquid crystal polymer film on the aligned surfaces of the first and second substrates. The method enhances anchoring energy and reduces problems of V-T shift, surface gliding, and residual image.
