    Abstract: A system and method to compensate for the proximity effects in the imaging of patterns in a photolithography process. A light exposure of a photoresist layer is effectuated in predetermined patterns through an exposure mask having light-transmissive openings in correspondence to the predetermined patterns. The exposure mask has areas densely populated with the light-transmissive openings and areas sparsely populated with the light-transmissive openings. Light is attenuated through the densely populated light-transmissive openings by a different amount than through the sparsely populated light-transmissive openings.

The cover is foldable relative to the base, the connecting area, and the first through fourth plate portions can cooperatively fold to support the base in a slanted position so that the electronic device is supported in a slanted position.

    Abstract: An embedded capacitor substrate module includes a substrate, a metal substrate and a solid electrolytic capacitor material. The solid electrolytic capacitor material is formed on the metal substrate, so as to form a solid electrolytic capacitor with the substrate. The embedded capacitor substrate module further includes an electrode lead-out region formed by extending the substrate and the metal substrate. The metal substrate serves as a first electrode, and the substrate serves as a second electrode. An insulating material is formed between the substrate and the metal substrate. Therefore, the embedded capacitor substrate module is not only advantageous in having a large capacitance as the conventional solid capacitor, but also capable of being drilled or plated and electrically connected to other circuits after being embedded in a printed circuit board.

The resisting member includes a pull portion corresponding to the through hole, and a resilient tongued portion engaged in the through hole of the assistant plate. When the handle is rotated toward to the base, the locking portion of the handle extends through the locking hole of the assistant plate to engage with the pull portion to move the resisting member to deform the tongued portion, such that the tongued portion is raised to resist against the bracket.

The roller microcontact printing device includes a transfer module with a transfer roller and a supply module. The supply module provides an isolating solution and a thin film material to the transfer module to form an isolation layer and a thin film layer in turn on the surface of the transfer roller. Then the thin film is transferred to a substrate by the transfer roller. The microcontact print device and method are used in a roll-to-roll printing process. Thus the production efficiency of the thin film layer on the substrate is improved and the cost is reduced.
