Each of the protrusions has inclined surfaces forming an angle with respect to the tangential direction of the light receiving portion. The inclined surfaces include a first inclined surface relatively close to the center of the light receiving portion and a second inclined surface relatively close to the edge of the light receiving portion. A first inclination angle formed by the first inclined surface with respect to the tangential direction of the light receiving portion is smaller at the edge of the light receiving portion than at the center of the light receiving portion.
