A placement method includes the following operations: determining attraction factors of the multiplicity of storage areas, an attraction factor of each storage area indicating a capability that the storage area attracts attention of a customer; determining a spatial elasticity factor of the at least one kind of objects, a spatial elasticity factor of each kind of objects indicating an impact of a change of the storage areas where the kind of objects are placed on an attention degree of the kind of objects; and determining the placement mode of the objects in the multiplicity of storage areas, at least according to the attraction factors of the multiplicity of storage areas and the spatial elasticity factor of the at least one kind of objects.

Abstract: A first cell transmits a virtual cell identifier and state information associated with the virtual cell identifier over an interface to a second cell. The first cell and one or more third cells use the virtual cell identifier for transmissions to first user equipment. The state information indicates one of a plurality of states that indicate whether the virtual cell identifier is associated with at least one non-virtual reference signal for the first cell, the second cell, or one or more third cells. The second cell receives the virtual cell identifier and the state information and transmits the virtual cell identifier and state information over an air interface to second user equipment served by the second cell. The second user equipment performs interference cancellation or suppression of transmissions to the first user equipment based on the virtual cell identifier and the state information.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a remote terminal unit (RTU) having one or more input/output (I/O) modules and a controller module. Each of the one or more I/O modules includes multiple I/O channels. The controller module includes at least one processing device configured to communicate with at least one industrial field device via the I/O channels of the I/O modules. The controller module includes a first connector, and a first of the one or more I/O modules includes a second connector. The first connector is configured to be physically connected to the second connector, and the first and second connectors are configured to transport data and power directly between the controller module and the first I/O module.

Abstract: An electrode structure comprises an introduction electrode and a body electrode, and a first isolating layer and a second isolating layer arranged between the introduction electrode and the body electrode. A first via hole is formed in the first isolating layer, a second via hole is formed in the second isolating layer. The hole axes of the first via hole and the second via hole are on the same straight line passing through the body electrode, so that a part of the body electrode is exposed via the first and the second via holes. The introduction electrode is electrically connected with the body electrode through the part of the body electrode. The diameter of the first via hole is smaller than that of the second via hole, and the first isolating layer extends to completely cover the hole wall of the second via hole.

The wireless telecommunication network base station method comprises repeating transmission of a physical broadcast channel within a radio frame of a downlink physical resource. By repeating the transmission of the physical broadcast channel, the coverage is increased to the desired amount.

Abstract: A cleaning device (10) for a linear coating machine table comprising a vacuum suction device (1) having a plurality of first suction ports (11) facing a surface of an object to be cleaned; and at least one sticky roller (12) pivoted to the vacuum suction device (1) and being rotatable, the sticky roller (12) configured to adhere impurities on the surface of the object to be cleaned is provided. By sucking small particles on the linear coating machine table by the vacuum suction device (11) and by adhering relative large particles by the sticky roller (12), the cleanness of the linear coating machine table is improved, and hence the coating effect of a substrate is improved. A linear coating machine is also provided.

Abstract: An Active Antenna System (AAS) operated as a static AAS is used to generate a static beam from signals applied to its input and based on received AAS configuration information. The AAS configuration information is received by a processor coupled to all of the components of the AAS and said processor converts the received AAS configuration information to control signals causing said components to generate the static beam.

Abstract: A method for preparing and conditioning granular burdock through combined uniform drying by using radio frequency (RF) pretreatment and microwave pulse spouting is provided. The process of the present disclosure includes performing pretreatment on fresh burdock, protecting color, pre-drying by RF, drying through microwave pulse spouting, and packaging. The color and luster of a product are greatly improved after color protection, the RF pre-drying treatment may be performed for 20 minutes, and hot air drying treatments for removing moisture on the surface may be performed for 60 minutes. The method has a short drying time and high efficiency. The sectional microwave pulse spouting treatment needs 60 minutes totally, while the complete hot air drying treatment needs 400 minutes. Therefore the drying time of the method is greatly shortened, and the drying is uniform, and a sample after microwave pulse spouting drying has strong fragrance.

Abstract: The invention provides a solution of designing a two-stage codebook set applicable to 4Tx cross-polarized antenna configuration and a method of determining a codebook in a multi-input multi-output communication system based upon the designed two-stage codebook set applicable to 4Tx cross-polarized antenna configuration. The first stage codebook relates long-term/wideband channel information and is based on DFT vectors, whereas the second stage codebook relates to short-term/narrowband channel information and is base on selecting columns of the first stage codebook and providing inter-polarization phase information.

Abstract: A wireless telecommunications method, a computer program product and network nodes are disclosed. The wireless telecommunications network node method comprises on a failure to establish a connection after initiating a RACH procedure, repeatedly transmitting a RACH preamble signature using a defined set of resource blocks of an uplink channel. In this way, when a conventional RACH procedure fails to establish a connection with the network, a modified RACH procedure is instead initiated. This modified RACH procedure transmits a RACH preamble signature repeatedly using a repeating set of resource blocks which are repeatedly allocated from the uplink channel. This enables the RACH preamble signature to be repeatedly transmitted so that the energy from these repeated transmissions may be combined by the network in order to detect the presence of the RACH preamble signature transmitted by network nodes in a poor coverage area such as, for example, an MTC device located in a basement.

This embodiment of the method also includes transmitting, from the first base station, second information that includes a bit. A combination of the bit and the first information indicates the starting position for the downlink data transmission.
