Abstract: The present invention provides adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs), adipose-derived stem cell-enriched fractions (ADSC-EF) and adipose-derived lattices, alone and combined with the ADSCs of the invention. In one aspect, the present invention provides an ADSC substantially free of adipocytes and red blood cells and clonal populations of connective tissue stem cells. The ADSCs can be employed, alone or within biologically-compatible compositions, to generate differentiated tissues and structures, both in vivo and in vitro. Additionally, the ADSCs can be expanded and cultured to produce molecules such as hormones, and to provide conditioned culture media for supporting the growth and expansion of other cell populations. In another aspect, the present invention provides a adipose-derived lattice substantially devoid of cells, which includes extracellular matrix material from adipose tissue.

Abstract: Systems and methods for deciding whether to void a payment are provided. The method includes sending a signal to a web service provider to request information as to whether a payment has been reconciled, and receiving a first response from the web service provider. If the first response from the web service provider indicates that the payment has not been reconciled: performing a void process to void the payment, committing data related to the void process to an interface table, and receiving a second response from the web service provider. The second response includes status information of the payment replicated from a second interface table associated with the web service provider to the interface table. If the first response from the web service provider indicates that the payment has already been reconciled, deciding not to perform the void process.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a gas-combustion coiled strip nail driving device including a housing and a nose assembly. The housing mounts therein a cylinder head, a movable sleeve, a cylinder block, and a piston assembly arranged inside the cylinder block. The cylinder head, the movable sleeve, and the cylinder block collectively define a combustion chamber. The nose assembly includes a feeding mechanism that includes a secondary cylinder. An exhaust passage is formed in the cylinder head and communicates the combustion chamber. The housing has an outside surface on which a guide tube is mounted in such a way that the guide tube vertically extends along the housing. The guide tube has an S shape terminal end in communication with the exhaust passage, and a curve that is bent in a direction toward the housing. The guide tube has an opposite end in communication with the secondary cylinder.

The first replication module is configured to replicate data from the first interface table into a second interface table associated with a second computing system via a network. The data replication system also includes a second application and a second replication module associated with the second computing system. The second application is configured to transfer data into the second interface table. The second replication module is configured to replicate data from the second interface table into the first interface table via the network.

Abstract: Systems and methods for reconciling financial transactions are described with respect to a number of embodiments of the present disclosure. In one implementation, among others, a method includes enabling a user to define how different types of financial items are grouped. The grouped financial items are selected from one of a financial statement associated with a first account with a first financial institution and financial data recorded by a customer of the first financial institution. The method also includes enabling the user to set matching criteria for matching financial items of the financial statement with financial items of the customer recorded financial data.

A plurality of participants expected to attend the scheduled collaboration session are detected. A subject matter of the scheduled collaboration session is detected. One or more key words are derived from the detected subject matter of the scheduled collaboration session. Profiles maintained in the social network for the plurality of participants expected to attend the scheduled collaboration session are updated based on the one or more key words, the updating to include refining an area of expertise indicated in the profiles.
