    Abstract: An EUV radiation light source generation apparatus includes a pump laser, at least one pulse shaping unit, a wavelength conversion unit, and a high-order harmonics generation unit. The pump laser provides a pulse laser radiation beam. Each pulse shaping unit conducts a spectrum extending operation and a phase compensation operation to the pulse laser radiation beam. The phase compensation operation makes multiple frequency components of the pulse laser radiation beam emitted by the pulse shaping unit to be substantially in phase. The wavelength conversion unit conducts a center wavelength conversion operation to the pulse laser radiation beam. The high-order harmonics generation unit receives the pulse laser radiation beam processed by the pulse shaping unit and the center wavelength conversion operation, and focuses the received pulse laser radiation beam to a high order harmonic generation medium to generate a high order harmonic radiation beam.

The sleeve member has a body with a through hole, a magnetic unit disposed in the through hole, and an accommodation groove adapted to accommodate the engagement member. When the second section and the sleeve member engage in position, the accommodation groove and the positioning groove meet to engage the engagement member with the positioning groove. The engagement between the second section and the sleeve member allows a gap to be formed between a screw head and the sleeve member while inserting the second section into a socket of the screw head, so the magnetic attraction exists without the contact between the sleeve member and the screw head for a firm engagement therebetween.

    Abstract: A non-magnetic locking sleeve includes an engagement unit disposed in a body which includes a locking socket and a positioning groove. The locking socket is enclosed by a plurality of peripheral walls connected one after another for holding a fastener. The positioning groove is annularly recessed into the peripheral walls for receiving the engagement unit. Preferably, an intersection of two adjacent peripheral walls forms a recessed portion whereby the fastener is held by the peripheral walls more tightly while inserting into the locking socket. A periphery of the engagement unit can be formed with a rough surface or at least one engaging surface to increase a contact area between the engagement unit and the fastener. Accordingly, the fastener is firmly positioned by the locking sleeve to increase the stability of a following fastening operation executed by the fastener.

    Abstract: An electronic device including a signal processing circuit, an acceleration sensor, and an edge sensor is provided. The electronic device has a device body. The signal processing circuit operates in a sleep mode. The acceleration sensor senses an acceleration variation of the device body to generate an acceleration sensing signal. The acceleration sensor determines whether the acceleration sensing signal is continuously lower than an acceleration threshold for a preset length of time to wake up the signal processing circuit. When the acceleration sensor wakes up the signal processing circuit, the signal processor enables the edge sensor. The edge sensor senses a deformation variation of the device body to generate at least one deformation sensing signal. The signal processing circuit analyzes the deformation sensing signal to determine whether a drop event of the device body occurs. In addition, a drop warning method is also provided.
