    Abstract: A semiconductor structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The semiconductor structure includes an isolation layer, a gate dielectric layer, a tantalum nitride layer, a tantalum oxynitride layer, an n type work function metal layer and a filling metal. The isolation layer is formed on a substrate, and the isolation layer has a first gate trench. The gate dielectric layer is formed in the first gate trench, the tantalum nitride layer is formed on the gate dielectric layer, and the tantalum oxynitride layer is formed on the tantalum nitride layer. The n type work function metal layer is formed on the tantalum oxynitride layer in the first gate trench, and the filling metal is formed on the n type work function metal layer in the first gate trench.

A second polymeric layer is attached to the opposite side of the semi-permeable membrane from the first polymeric layer. The second polymeric layer has a thickness of less than 300 microns and defines at least one chamber positioned to overlap with at least one chamber in the first polymeric layer. A first manifold structure is attached to an input end of at least one chamber and a second manifold structure is attached to an output end of at least one chamber.

    Abstract: A drainage device with a low-noise drainage shell for air-conditioning equipment is disclosed to include a housing, a motor, a radiating fan, a drainage shell, and a drainage blade. The motor is mounted in the housing. The radiating fan is mounted in the housing above the motor. The drainage shell mounted in the housing and has a drainage partition block extended from an inside wall thereof to divide the inside space of the drainage shell into an accommodation trough and a drainage trough in communication with each other. The drainage partition block has a backwardly upwardly tilted sloping surface. Thus, the sloping surfaces of the drainage partition block can guide the drain water smoothly to the drainpipe to reduce the water resistance, thereby significantly reducing the level of water drain noise.

    Abstract: An interactive sensing and displaying building assembly includes a base, body pieces and an interactive device. The base includes a frame and bars crossing each other for dividing the interior of the frame into a chamber and rooms communicating with the chamber. Each sensing portion includes a light sensor directed towards a place which is not shaded by the bars and a plurality of lighting units connected to the light sensor and located under the body pieces. When any light sensor is shaded by an object, a light interruption signal is made to make the corresponding lighting units emit light. The shading action of the object at different time points activates different lighting time of the sensing portions, thereby attaining different lighting and interactive effects.
