    Abstract: A capacitive sensing identification tag includes a substrate and a touch sensing layer disposed on one side of the substrate. The touch sensing layer includes high-sensing regions and low-sensing regions with different shapes. Both the high-sensing regions and the low-sensing regions have different stacked conductive layers and dielectric layers. A difference between the high-sensing regions and the low-sensing regions is that each of the high-sensing regions contains a dielectric layer, while each of the low-sensing regions does not. The capacitive sensing identification tag achieves an effect of sampling and identification of a touch panel by a capacitive sensing quantity that is different from a capacitive touch panel. And the capacitive sensing identification tag will not cause a difference in color or light transmittance between the high-sensing regions and the low-sensing regions, so there is no visible difference between the high-sensing regions and the low-sensing regions.

    Abstract: A staged cementing device includes a cylindrical body having an inner chamber. A circulating opening and a liquid inlet recess open to the inner chamber are arranged on a wall of the body. An opening assembly is arranged in the body, which has an opening sleeve and an opening seat located in the opening sleeve. Initially the opening sleeve is connected with the body through a first shear pin and covers the circulating opening, and the opening seat is connected with the opening sleeve through a second shear pin and covers the liquid inlet recess. A packer includes a packing valve body and a packer rubber. The packing valve body includes a flow channel in communication with the liquid inlet recess, and the packer rubber includes a liquid reservoir in communication with the flow channel.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a self-rectifying resistive memory, including: a lower electrode; a resistive material layer formed on the lower electrode and used as a storage medium; a barrier layer formed on the resistive material layer and using a semiconductor material or an insulating material; and an upper electrode formed on the barrier layer to achieve Schottky contact with the material of the barrier layer; wherein, the Schottky contact between the upper electrode and the material of the barrier layer is used to realize self-rectification of the self-rectifying resistive memory. Thus, no additional gate transistor or diode is required as the gate unit. In addition, because the device has self-rectifying characteristics, it is capable of suppressing read crosstalk in the cross-array.

    Abstract: A reconfigurable PUF device based on fully electric field-controlled domain wall motion includes a voltage control layer, upper electrodes, a lower electrode, antiferromagnetic pinning layers, and a magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ). The MTJ includes, from bottom to top, a ferromagnetic reference layer, a potential barrier tunneling layer and a ferromagnetic free layer. In the device, an energy potential well is formed in a middle portion of the ferromagnetic free layer by applying a voltage to the voltage control layer to control magnetic anisotropy, and a current is fed into either of the upper electrodes to drive generation of the magnetic domain walls and pin the magnetic domain walls to the potential well. After the voltage is removed, the potential well is lowered so that the magnetic domain walls are in a metastable state, thereby either a high resistance state or a low resistance state is randomly obtained.

    Abstract: An error calibration apparatus and method are provided. The method is adapted for calibrating a machine learning (ML) accelerator. The ML accelerator achieves computation by using an analog circuit. An error between an output value of one or more computing layers of a neural network and a corresponding corrected value is determined. The computation of the computing layers is achieved by the analog circuit. A calibration node is generated according to the error. The calibration node is located at the next layer of the computing layers. The calibration node is used to minimize the error. The calibration node is achieved by a digital circuit.
