  • Publication number: 20110000432
Abstract: A non-thermal plasma reactor includes a reactor chamber, a first electrode unit disposed in the top portion of chamber and a second electrode unit disposed in the bottom of the chamber, so that a plasma treatment region is defined between the first and second electrode units. The first electrode unit includes at least one or arrays of dual discharging-electrode structure embedded in an isolating layer. A high-voltage power supply is connected to the first and second electrode units. An external gas introducing unit is used to allow auxiliary gas into the plasma reaction region so that arrays of dual discharging-electrode structure can enhance the gas discharge process and thus promote the plasma assisted chemical reaction for cleaning purpose.

  • Publication number: 20100115447
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method to dynamically arrange positions of a plurality of virtual keys in a hierarchical structure with many layers. These virtual keys can control an application program and include at least one function group key and at least one command key The method includes the following steps. The first step is to determine whether a first virtual key is a function group key or a command key, wherein the first virtual is located in a first layer in the hierarchical structure. When the first virtual key is a command key, the first virtual key is moved from the first layer to another layer and a number to select the first virtual key is added by one. Next, whether or not the application program processing has ended is determined. When the application program processing has ended, the number of times the first virtual key is clicked is compared to the number of times other virtual keys were selected.

  • Patent number: 7167362
Abstract: The present invention is to provide a MultiBay with unplugging/positioning mechanism, in which the mechanism is installed over one side of a bay and equipped with an movable rod and a latch so that when a peripheral device is inserted in an insertion hole installed at one end of the bay, a brake column installed at bottom side of the peripheral device pushes against the movable rod. After the movable rod is pushed to a fixed distance, the bounced force will make the latch stick out to exactly insert in a positioning hole installed on the peripheral device, making the peripheral device be positioned at the location where another connector on top of the peripheral device and one connector installed inside another end of the bay are connected.

  • Patent number: 7101710
Abstract: A method of harvesting mesenchymal stem cells from human amniotic fluid uses a two-stage culture protocol comprising culturing human amniocytes and then culturing mesenchymal stem cells. For culturing human amniocytes, primary amniocyte cultures are set up using routine or standard culture protocol in a cytogenetic laboratory. Non-adherent human amniotic fluids cells in the supernatant medium are collected. For culturing mesenchymal stem cells (“MSC”), the non-adherent cells are centrifuged and then plated with an alpha-modified Minimum Essential Medium supplemented with fetal bovine serum. Incubate with humidified CO2 for MSC growth. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (“RT-PCR”) and immunocytochemical analyses reveal that Oct-4 mRNA and OCT-4 protein expression is detectable in the cultured amniotic fluid mesenchymal stem cells (“AFMSCs”). Under differentiation culture conditions, the AFMSCs can be induced to develop into multi-lineage cells, such as adipocytes, osteocytes, neuronal cells, etc.

  • Patent number: 7068283
Abstract: A display controller provides luminance values to a display, where values for contrast and brightness for the display are constructed within a gamma correction mapping table. The display controller has an original gamma correction mapping table, a gamma correction transform circuit and a transformed gamma correction mapping table. The original gamma correction mapping table contains entries describing a default luminance value to be provided the display for a magnitude of a video input signal. The gamma correction transform circuit receives entries from the original gamma correction mapping table and from the contrast signal and brightness signal, transforms the entries to transformed luminance values. The transformed luminance values are placed in the transformed gamma correction mapping table. The transformed gamma correction mapping table receives a video signal that provides a pointer to the luminance values to be used to drive the display.

  • Publication number: 20060000360
Abstract: An indoor air circulation sterilizing device is provided. The sterilizing device is installed to a return air inlet on the ceiling. The sterilizing device includes a frame body, at least three separator plates and a sterilizing lamp set. The frame body is composed of a first frame and a second frame. The first frame includes a plurality of containing grooves intermittently disposed thereon. The containing grooves can provide the separator plates to be disposed thereon. Several penetrating holes are formed on the separator plates. Each two adjacent separator plates are so disposed that the penetrating holes are mutually shifted. The sterilizing lamp set is disposed on the separator plates and is connected with the frame body. Therefore, there is provided a longer path for air to flow in the separator plates with a slower flowing speed, thereby sterilizing the bacteria in the air by employing the sterilizing lamp set.
