The memory system also separately programs memory cells connected by an adjacent word line to the multiple sets of data states such that memory cells connected by the adjacent word line are programmed to higher data states after memory cells connected by the common word line are programmed to higher data states and prior to memory cells connected by the common word line are programmed to lower data states.

In one embodiment, a film deposition system includes: a processing chamber sealable to create a pressurized environment and configured to contain a plasma, a target and a substrate in the pressurized environment; and a particle control unit, wherein the particle control unit is configured to provide an external force to each of at least one charged atom and at least one contamination particle in the plasma, wherein the at least one charged atom and the at last one contamination particle are generated by the target when it is in direct contact with the plasma, wherein the external force is configured to direct the at least one charged atom to a top surface of the substrate and to direct the at least one contamination particle away from the top surface of the substrate.

The computer, in response to receiving the feedback, applies a Natural Language Processing (NLP) model to identify query adjustment content within the feedback. The computer revises the primary database query based, at least in part, on the model adjustment content, to generate a secondary database query. The computer retrieves using the secondary database query, a secondary set of data from the database.

A removal process is performed to define a first opening overlying the photodetector in the lower interconnect portion. A lower etch stop layer is formed lining the first opening. The lower etch stop layer has a U-shape in the first opening. An upper interconnect portion of the interconnect structure is formed over the lower etch stop layer. A light pipe structure is formed overlying the photodetector. The U-shape of the lower etch stop layer extends continuously along sidewalls and a bottom surface of the light pipe structure.
