The near-field coupler array may include a substrate; a ground plane on a first side of the substrate; and a near-field coupler array disposed on a second side of the substrate. The near-field coupler array can include a first coupler element aligned with the first aperture and a second coupler element aligned with the second aperture. A first width of the first coupler element can be larger than a second width of the first aperture. A third width of the second coupler element can be larger than a fourth width of the second aperture. The first width and the third width can have a correlation to the defined frequency.

    Abstract: An ignition system includes an ignition coil with a primary winding and a secondary winding having a terminal for providing a high voltage (HV). An electrode arrangement of an igniter includes first and second HV electrodes coupled to the terminal of the secondary winding. The igniter also has at least one ground electrode. A first spark gap is defined between the first HV electrode and the at least one ground electrode, and a second spark gap is defined between the second HV electrode and the at least one ground electrode. A first capacitor is disposed in-line between the first HV electrode and the terminal of the secondary winding and a second capacitor disposed in-line between the second HV electrode and the terminal of the secondary winding of the ignition coil. The ignition system includes a driver module coupled to a terminal of the primary winding, for driving the ignition coil.

The central electrode is disposed within the insulator body, with the spark-end and the terminal-end protruding from the insulator body at opposite ends thereof. A metal electrode surrounds the insulator body and extends to form a gap with the central electrode at the spark-end. A capacitor with metalized inner and outer surfaces is provided, with the metalized inner surface being connected to the central electrode and the metalized outer surface being connected to the metal electrode. A first resistive component is embedded within the central electrode between the capacitor and the terminal-end, and a second resistive component embedded within the central electrode between the capacitor and the spark-end.

    Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system for implementing node port virtualization on a fiber channel in the field of communication technologies are provided. Multiple different virtual Node Port (N_port) identifications (IDs) are allocated to each of multiple N_ports, of an N_port virtualization (NPV) switch, corresponding to an N_port ID of a remote node. Because a virtual N_port ID is allocated, to each remote node, for more than one N_port of the NPV switch, regardless of which N_port of these N_ports a node connected to the NPV switch is registered for, the node can obtain the virtual N_port ID that is of each remote node and that is corresponding to the N_port. Therefore, any node connected to the NPV switch can communicate with any remote node, thereby improving communication efficiency.

In various implementations, while the power UAV is flying, the power UAV may receive another UAV at a platform. A control element of the power UAV may generate signals to cause the power UAV to fly to a location of a conductor of the power line. The control element may also determine a position of the secondary coil with respect to the power line and generate control signals to adjust the position of the secondary coil based on the determined position of the secondary coil, a determined safety distance, and/or a determined threshold distance for efficient current generation. A shielding substrate may also be provided to shield electronics of the power UAV or other UAVs from magnetic fields.
