    Abstract: An additive manufacturing system is disclosed including multiple conveying pipelines, a mixer and a nozzle. The multiple conveying pipelines are connected to respective material sources. The mixer is connected via a supply pipeline to the nozzle which is configured to deliver mixed material onto a substrate to perform the additive manufacturing. An additive manufacturing method for the above additive manufacturing system is also disclosed. By multiplexing the registor units, the programmable device structure achieves a routing function of a traditional FPGA and also provides a logic function, and the waste of resources is greatly reduced.

    Abstract: An operation method of a multiplex slide plate device is provided. First, the multiplex slide plate device is assembled, including a slide plate, a sacrificial layer and a housing. The slide plate has reaction vessels, and the sacrificial layer has a microfluidic channel composed of an injection channel, a main channel and a distal channel. A sample solution is injected to the injection channel, such that the sample solution flows from the injection channel through the main channel to the distal channel, wherein the sample solution loads into the reaction vessels. Afterwards, an oil is injected to the injection channel, such that the oil flows from the injection channel through the main channel to the distal channel, wherein the oil removes the sample solution not loaded into the reaction vessels. Next, the sacrificial layer is heated to melt, and the melted sacrificial layer is mixed with the oil.

    Abstract: A radio frequency device has a multifunctional tuner that stores measurements of reflection coefficient parameter in a register. The radio frequency device also has a transceiver that has a transmitter. The transceiver may detect a transmitter signal from the transmitter to an antenna in an initial tuning state and then determine whether the transmitter signal is stable. In response to the transmitter signal being stable, the transceiver may measuring the reflection coefficient parameters at the multifunctional tuner. Furthermore, the radio frequency device has a baseband controller that has a memory to store instructions and a processor to execute the instructions. The instructions cause the processor to determine an antenna impedance based on the reflection coefficient parameters, and in response to determining that the antenna impedance is greater than or less than a threshold antenna impedance, iteratively tune the antenna using the multifunctional tuner.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a motor, a sensing device and a controller. The motor provides a motive power to the load. The sensing device measures a plurality of motion parameters of the motor. The controller calculates a real system parameter between the motor and the load according to the motion command and the plurality of motion parameters. According to the motion command and the plurality of motion parameters, the controller acquires a real value of a rotation speed of the motor. Moreover, controller establishes a system model according to the motion command and the real system parameter so as to acquire an estimated value of the rotation speed of the motor.     Abstract: An optimized control method for a primary frequency regulation based on an exergy storage correction of a thermodynamic system of a coal-fired unit is provided. Through measuring and recording temperatures and pressures of working fluids and metal heating surfaces of the coal-fired unit thermodynamic system in real-time, an exergy storage amount of the thermodynamic system is obtained. During a transient process, according to an exergy storage variation before and after acting of each regulation scheme, a maximum power output of each scheme is obtained.     Abstract: A mechanism is provided for implementing a bias detection mechanism that mitigates unintended bias in a conversational agent by leveraging conversational agent definitions, a conversational agent chat logs, and user satisfaction statistics. One or more protected attributes are identified within an utterance from the conversational agent chat logs. Using the identified protected attributes, a replacement utterance with a replacement term is generated for at least one of the identified protected attributes in the utterance. A score is generated for the utterance and the replacement utterance using utterance level relative term importance for protected attributes and regular terms in the utterance and the replacement utterance. Utilizing the scoring, a determination is made as to whether unintended bias exists within the utterance. Responsive to unintended bias being detected, an action is implemented that causes a change to a machine learning model used by the conversational agent.
