    Abstract: Methods of making a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane composite are described. The methods may include applying a sizing composition to a plurality of fibers to make sized fibers, where the sizing composition may include at least one curative for a thermoplastic polyurethane prepolymer. The sized fibers may be contacted with a thermoplastic polyurethane prepolymer composition to form a resin-fiber amalgam, where the thermoplastic polyurethane prepolymer composition includes 50 wt. % or less of a total amount of the curative that is also present on the sized fibers. The resin-fiber amalgam may then be cured to form the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane composite.

The present invention can occupy small space such to decrease the diameter of the inlet pipe efficiently.

    Abstract: A discharge cold switching valve includes: an operating member, a discharge cold switching member, and a water outlet switching member. The discharge cold switching valve has a discharge cold channel and a water outlet channel. When the operating member is in the initial position, the discharge cold switching member is in the first position, the joint between the water outlet channel and the water inlet end are sealed, the discharge cold channel opens; when the operating member switches to the shower position, the discharge cold switching member is moved by the operating member to the second position, the joint between the discharge cold channel and the water inlet end are sealed, and the water outlet channel opens, engaging the operating member with the water outlet switching member. The operating member drives the water outlet switching member to open one or both of the first and second water outlet passages.

When the dial button rotates in a first direction, the water stoppage fitting moves away from the water stoppage switch, and the switching fitting abuts against the cyclic switch thus switching to connect a different outlet of the water diversion body. When the dial button rotates in a second direction, the switching fitting moves away from the cyclic switch, and the water stoppage fitting abuts against the water stoppage switch thus closing the high-volume water inlet to achieve water stoppage.

    Abstract: A switching valve spool has a fixed shaft and a switching shaft coaxially arranged within. The switching shaft is linked with an operating unit and moves between a first, second, and third position in the fixed shaft along the axis. The switching shaft has an inlet and an outlet. In the first position of the switching shaft, the inlet is closed; in the second position of the switching shaft, the inlet is open and an air intake is formed between the side wall of the switching shaft closing to the outlet and the fixed shaft, when the water flows into the fixed shaft from the outlet, the air sucked from the air intake mixes with the water in the fixed shaft, because the fixed shaft diameter is larger than the outlet diameter; in the third position of the switching shaft, the inlet remains open and the air intake is closed.

The curing oven is maintained at a temperature of between 40° C. and 100° C. to polymerize the MMA resin and thereby form PMMA so that upon exiting the curing oven, the fabric or mat is fully impregnated with PMMA.
