Abstract: A cool water draining switch valve includes a valve body, a valve spool and a thermal module disposed in the valve body; the valve body has an inlet passage and a first outlet passage and a second outlet passage respectively connected to the inlet passage; the valve body is further disposed with a cool water draining passage connected to the inlet passage; the first outlet passage is connected to the cool water draining passage by a water draining hole, the second outlet passage is connected to the draining passage in unidirectional way by a check valve; a thermal port of the thermal module detects the water temperature of the draining passage, a retractable port of the thermal module opens or closes the water draining hole; when the valve spool is switched to a cool water draining mode, cool water in the inlet passage is drained to the draining passage.

Abstract: A combination showerhead with rotary button switching includes a fixing holder mounted to a supporting arm and having an inlet passage and at least two diversion passages; a first showerhead mounted to the fixing holder and connected to at least one diversion passage; a second showerhead connected to another diversion passage; and a switching mechanism including a diversion plate configured to rotatably connect to the fixing holder and to cooperate with the inlet passage and the at least two diversion passages to switch waterways; a rotary button configured to rotatably connect to the fixing holder; and a transmission mechanism connected between the diversion plate and the rotary button to control position of the diversion plate, and that includes a first gear connected to the diversion plate and a second gear connected to the rotary button, the first gear and the second gear being engaged with one another.

Abstract: A multi-functional shower includes body unit, a switch unit, a rain shower unit, a head shower unit and a connecting pipe. The body unit has connecting portion to connect a straight portion and a sloping portion. The rain shower unit is disposed inside the straight portion, and the switch unit and the head shower unit are disposed inside the sloping portion, the connecting pipe is disposed inside the connecting portion and is connected to the switch unit and the rain shower unit. The body unit is disposed with an inlet waterway. By rotating the switch unit, the inlet waterway is connected to the rain shower unit or the head shower unit, or is connected to the rain shower unit and the head shower unit at the same time, making water flow out of the rain shower unit or the head shower unit or both at the same time, respectively.

Abstract: A curable formaldehyde-free binding composition for use with fiberglass is provided. Such curable composition comprises an addition product of an amine and a reactant to form an amino-amide intermediate. To the amino-amide is added an aldehyde or ketone to form the curable binder composition. The composition when applied to fiberglass is cured to form a water-insoluble binder which exhibits good adhesion to glass. In a preferred embodiment the composition when applied to fiberglass provides a sufficient blackness required in facer products.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a system for manufacturing a fully impregnated thermoplastic prepreg includes a mechanism for moving a fabric or mat and a drying mechanism that removes residual moisture from at least one surface of the fabric or mat. The system also includes a resin application mechanism that applies a reactive resin to the fabric or mat and a press mechanism that presses the coated fabric or mat to ensure that the resin fully saturates the fabric or mat. The system further includes a curing oven through which the coated fabric or mat is moved to polymerize the resin and thereby form a thermoplastic polymer so that upon exiting the oven, the fabric or mat is fully impregnated with the thermoplastic polymer. During at least a portion of the process, humidity in the vicinity of the coated fabric or mat is maintained at substantially zero.

The switching mechanism is assembled in the fixation portion and includes a water diversion plate, a first drive mechanism and a valve shaft. The water diversion plate can move with respect to the fixation portion, the valve shaft can slide with respect to the fixation portion, the first drive mechanism is connected to the water diversion plate and the valve shaft, the valve shaft sliding once drives the water diversion plate to rotate at a certain angle to switch and connect one diversion waterway to the inlet waterway. The driving mechanism includes-a rotation shaft and a second drive mechanism.

Abstract: Methods of making prepregs are described. The methods include the steps of forming a fiber-containing substrate, and contacting the fiber-containing substrate with a resin mixture. The resin mixture may include polymer particles mixed in a liquid medium, and the polymer particles may be coated on the fiber-containing substrate to form a coated substrate. The liquid medium may be removed from the coated substrate to form the prepreg. The prepregs may be used to make fiber-reinforced articles.

Abstract: A multifunctional shower head, has a fixed seat, a driving mechanism, a water diversion plate rotatably connected to the fixed seat and a water diversion body. The water diversion body has a plurality of water diversion holes that are used to connect to the outlet functions of the shower head. The water diversion plate has an outlet hole. The driving mechanism drives the water diversion plate to rotate on the water diversion body, so that the outlet hole is alternately connected to part of the water diversion holes to switch the outlet functions of the shower head. A sealing ring is clamped between the water diversion plate and the fixed seat. The sealing ring defines a separating area on the upper surface of the water diversion plate, each water diversion hole has an O-ring, the bottom surface of the water diversion plate is pressed and contacts the O-ring.

The present invention can occupy small space such to decrease the diameter of the inlet pipe efficiently.

Abstract: A reinforced thermoplastic product may include a main body and a fabric reinforcing sheet that is disposed within a wall of the main body. The wall of the main body may be formed of or from a cast thermoplastic material and the fabric reinforcing sheet may extend circumferentially around the main body in order to reinforce the wall. The fabric reinforcing sheet may include a plurality of fiber bundles and a thermoplastic material that impregnates each fiber bundle.

Abstract: Fiber-containing polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) prepregs are described that include a first and second plurality of fibers. The second plurality of fibers is made from a different material than the first plurality of fibers. The PMMA prepregs also contain a polymerized resin that includes polymethyl methacrylate that has been formed from a reactive resin composition that includes methyl methacrylate. Methods of making fiber-containing PMMA prepregs are also described.

The valve spool is connected to the fixing seat and to the water diversion plate, so that the valve spool slides to drive the water diversion plate to rotate in a preset angle. The dial button has a cam portion and is rotatably connected to the fixing seat. The valve spool abuts against the periphery surface of the cam portion. The elastic body resets the valve spool.
