  • Publication number: 20210370773
Abstract: Configuration, in which images output to a display unit are switched and displayed in accordance with the behavior of a driver, such as movements of the head of the driver, is achieved. Driver information indicating the behavior of the driver of a moving apparatus and images captured by a plurality of cameras that images a situation around the moving apparatus from different viewpoints are input. The images output to the display unit are switched in accordance with the driver information. The plurality of cameras is, for example, a plurality of rear cameras installed in the rear of the moving apparatus. For example, a direction of the face or line-of-sight of the driver is detected. An image in a direction corresponding to the detected direction of the face or line-of-sight of the driver is selected as an output image, and displayed on the display unit. Alternatively, an image in a direction indicated by a gesture of the driver is selected, and displayed on the display unit.

  • Patent number: 11061413
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an information processing apparatus and an information processing method that make it possible to appropriately guide a flying object to a target object even in a case where a translucent substance such as fog exists. In a first period, a gated image of a target object is captured, and in a second period, a user handles a guidance control device for projecting a spotlight, in the same direction as an image capturing direction for capturing the gated image, by changing a distance and a direction, in order to bring the target object into a state in which the target object can be captured as the gated image, and then a laser pointer is projected on the target object. Thus, a flying object is guided toward reflected light that is the light of the laser pointer reflected by the target object, and thereby the flying object can be appropriately guided to the target object even in a case where a translucent substance such as fog exists.

  • Publication number: 20210025980
Abstract: An appropriate peak detection is performed on the basis of a histogram indicating a frequency of reception of reflected light to measure a distance to a target object. A histogram acquisition unit acquires a histogram indicating the frequency of reception of reflected light including active light components that are active light emitted from a light emitting unit and reflected by the target object and ambient light components that are ambient light reflected by the target object. A detection unit detects a distribution of the active light components by performing predetermined statistical processing on the histogram. A measurement unit measures the distance to the target object as distance information on the basis of the distribution of the active light components.

  • Patent number: 10277812
Abstract: The present technology relates to an image processing device and method, and program, whereby a high-quality loop moving image can be obtained more easily. Upon continuous shot images of multiple frames serving as material of a loop moving image being input, the continuous shot images are divided into multiple segments including motion segments including a moving subject and a still segment including a subject with no motion. An image of the motion segment region of the continuous shot images is formed into a loop moving image, and a segment loop moving image is generated. Also, an image of a still segment region of the continuous shot images is clipped out, and a segment image which is a still image is generated. Further, these segment loop moving image and segment image are integrated, to form one loop moving image. The present invention can be applied to an image processing device.
