  • Patent number: 6416206
Abstract: A halogen work light with a spare bulb container integrally attached thereto is disclosed. The spare bulb container includes a tubular body and a support piece that fits inside the closed end of the tubular body and an end piece that friction fits into the open end of the tubular body. The support piece and end piece both include a longitudinal hole for receiving the ends of a spare halogen bulb and holding the bulb in a suspended position inside the tubular body. Both the support pieces are formed of a soft, resilient material, such as rubber.

  • Publication number: 20020030593
Abstract: An improved motion detector that includes a passive motion sensor with “test,” “sensitivity” and “timer” adjustable functions, mounted inside an outer housing with two water-resistant touch-operated membrane switches used to control these settings. Also mounted on the sides of the outer housing and connected to the motion sensor are at least two bright LED lights designed to illuminate in one of three possible colors to visually indicate the current “test”, “sensitivity” or “timer” setting of the motion detector.

  • Publication number: 20020020816
Abstract: A dual eye motion detector assembly comprising a main infrared sensor head and a secondary infrared sensor head mounted on a mounting box. The main motion sensor head is pivotally mounted to the mounting box and contains a standard infrared motion sensor with an approximate 90 to 180 degree viewing zone. The secondary motion sensor head is also pivotally and independently mounted to the mounting box and contains its own standard infrared motion sensor with an approximately 90 to 180 degree viewing zone. The two motion sensors in the main and secondary motion sensors heads are connected to a circuit panel located the main sensor head. Control switches are mounted on the sides of the main infrared sensor head to control sensitivity and timing. Outside electrical current is delivered to the circuit panel and divided into local circuits to control the operation of at least one lamp so that when an infrared-emitting object passes into the viewing zone of either sensor head, the lamp is automatically activated.
