    Abstract: An integrated circuit includes a first, second and third power rail, and a header circuit coupled to a gated circuit. The gated circuit is configured to operate on a first or second voltage. The first and second power rail are on a back-side of a wafer, and extend in a first direction. The header circuit is configured to supply the first voltage to the gated circuit by the first power rail. The second power rail is separated from the first power rail in a second direction. The second power rail is configured to supply the second voltage to the gated circuit. The third power rail is on a front-side of the wafer and includes a first set of conductors extending in the second direction, and separated in the first direction. Each of the first set of conductors is configured to supply a third voltage to the header circuit.

    Abstract: A composite battery cell includes a plurality of electricity supply elements connected to each other in series/parallel to form the electricity supply element groups. The electricity supply element groups are connected to each other in parallel/series and packed to form the battery cell with high capacity and high voltage. Each electricity supply element is an in-dependent module and the electrolyte system does not circulate therebetween. There only have charges transferred rather than electrochemical reactions between the adjacent electricity supply elements. Therefore, the electrolyte decomposition would not occur result from the high voltage caused by connecting in series. Both series and parallel connection are made within the package of the battery cell to achieve high capacity and high voltage.

    Abstract: A method for purification of a styrene-containing feedstock includes steps of introducing the styrene-containing feedstock into the middle of an extractive distillation column, and a solvent for the extractive distillation into the upper part of the column; discharging a raffinate oil from the top of the column, and a rich solvent rich in styrene from the bottom of the column. The rich solvent is then introduced into the middle of the solvent recovery column for vacuum distillation to obtain a crude styrene from the top of the solvent recovery column, and a lean solvent is discharged from the bottom of the solvent recovery column and recycled to the upper part of the extractive distillation column. A portion of the rich solvent is sent to a solvent purification zone for a liquid-liquid extraction using water to obtain a mixture of a styrene polymer and styrene.

    Abstract: The invention provides an electrode assembly and its battery device thereof, which is composed of a first belt current collector and a second belt current collector, which a plurality of electrochemical systems are disposed therebetween. Also, the glue frame is utilized to completely enclose thereof. Therefore, each electrochemical system is an independent module and there only have charges transferred occurring rather than electrochemical reactions therebetween. The glue frame located between the electrochemical systems and the first belt current collector and the second belt current collector adhered by the glue frame can be folded to form a bending portion. By the bending portion, the electrochemical system would be folded to overlap the adjacent electrochemical system to achieve a z-axis stacking. It is easy to mass produce, and it can also reduce the amount of the tabs configured in series or parallel. Therefore, the energy density loss of the space configuration can be reduced.

The cooling cartridge is utilized to be disposed between the battery units stacked in a single axis.
