  • Patent number: 11995541
Abstract: Disclosed is a new location threat monitoring solution that leverages deep learning (DL) to process data from data sources on the Internet, including social media and the dark web. Data containing textual information relating to a brand is fed to a DL model having a DL neural network trained to recognize or infer whether a piece of natural language input data from a data source references an address or location of interest to the brand, regardless of whether the piece of natural language input data actually contains the address or location. A DL module can determine, based on an outcome from the neural network, whether the data is to be classified for potential location threats. If so, the data is provided to location threat classifiers for identifying a location threat with respect to the address or location referenced in the data from the data source.

  • Publication number: 20240165868
Abstract: Methods of manufacturing multi-material fibers having one or more electrically-connectable devices disposed therein are described. In certain instances, the methods include the steps of: positioning the electrically-connectable device(s) within a corresponding pocket provided in a preform material; positioning a first electrical conductor longitudinally within a first conduit provided in the preform material; and drawing the multi-material fiber by causing the preform material to flow, such that the first electrical conductor extends within the multi-material fiber along a longitudinal axis thereof and makes an electrical contact with a first electrode located on each electrically-connectable device. A metallurgical bond may be formed between the first electrical conductor and the first electrode while drawing the multi-material fiber and/or, after drawing the multi-material fiber, the first electrical conductor may be located substantially along a neutral axis of the multi-material fiber.

Abstract: Systems/techniques that facilitate improved spinal hardware rendering are provided. In various embodiments, a system can access a medical imaging voxel array depicting a spine of a medical patient. In various aspects, the system can determine whether the medical imaging voxel array depicts a set of surgical hardware inserted in the spine of the medical patient. In various instances, the system can, in response to a determination that the medical imaging voxel array depicts the set of surgical hardware, localize a surface that sagittally bisects the spine of the medical patient. In various cases, the system can render, on an electronic display, a butterfly-view of the medical imaging voxel array, wherein the butterfly-view can be hinged about the localized surface.

  • Publication number: 20240169253
Abstract: Using a first dataset of labeled data, a model is trained by adjusting a feature extractor parameter, a classifier parameter, and a discriminator parameter of the model. Using the discriminator parameter and a parametric function of the feature extractor parameter, a plurality of samples of a dataset of unlabeled data is scored. A subset of the scored plurality of samples is selected for labeling. Responsive to receiving a label of each of the selected subset of the scored plurality of samples, the first dataset of labeled data is augmented with the selected subset of the scored plurality of samples and the label of each of the selected subset of the scored plurality of samples. Using the augmented dataset of labeled data, the model is retrained. The retraining comprises further adjusting the feature extractor parameter, the classifier parameter, and the discriminator parameter of the model.

  • Publication number: 20240168847
Abstract: A method includes performing a read operation of a first codeword including first hard data and generating an error vector using a reliability metric of the first hard data. The first hard data and error vector are stored in first and second portions of memory. A first corrected codeword is returned that combines the error vector and the hard data from the first and second portions of memory. A read operation of a second codeword is performed, including second hard data and soft information. The hard data and soft information are stored in the first and second portions of memory. A bit of second hard data is flipped responsive to comparing a reliability metric of the bit of the second hard data to a bit flipping threshold, wherein flipping the bit includes updating the second hard data. The updated second codeword is returned resulting from reading the portions of memory.
