  • Publication number: 20240385741
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to manipulating a user interface on a wearable electronic device using a mechanical crown. In some examples, the user interface can be scrolled or scaled in response to a rotation of the crown. The direction of the scrolling or scaling and the amount of scrolling or scaling can depend on the direction and amount of rotation of the crown, respectively. In some examples, the amount of scrolling or scaling can be proportional to the change in rotation angle of the crown. In other examples, a speed of scrolling or a speed of scaling can depend on a speed of angular rotation of the crown. In these examples, a greater speed of rotation can cause a greater speed of scrolling or scaling to be performed on the displayed view.

  • Publication number: 20240371524
Abstract: A decision support tool is provided for identifying and assisting clinicians with patient ventilator asynchrony. The information used to make the identification may include data from a patient's ventilator including the volume, flow, and pressure associated with that ventilator. At least some of this information may be used to compute one or more features for a time series of the data received for the patient. These features may be used in connection with heuristic rules and machine learning algorithms to identify instances of patient ventilator asynchrony. Based on the identification, one or more intervening actions may be initiated to reduce the impact of patient ventilator asynchrony.

  • Publication number: 20240342425
Abstract: A humidification system for delivering humidified gases to a user can include a heater base, humidification chamber having an inlet, outlet, and associated fluid conduit, and breathing circuit including a supply conduit, inspiratory conduit, and optional expiratory conduit. The humidification system can include various features to help make set-up less difficult and time-consuming. For example, the supply conduit, inspiratory conduit, and optional expiratory conduit can be coupled into a one-piece circuit to aid set-up. Various components can be color-coded and can have corresponding structures to indicate which components should be connected to one another during set-up. Such features can also help make the set-up process more intuitive for an operator, which can reduce the need for specialized training and reduce the number of potential errors.
