The present disclosure provides CG IDs derived from PBMC DNA for predicting hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) stages and chronic hepatitis. Also disclosed are kits for predicting HCC using identified CG IDs and pyrosequencing DNA methylation assays, receiver operating characteristics (ROC) assays, penalized regression assays and hierarchical clustering analysis assays. The present disclosure provides DNA methylation signatures (CG IDs) that can be used for diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of a cancer.

A sandwich structure lens configuration composed of a first lens group, an aperture and a second lens group can obtain a high close-range imaging effect under the condition of miniaturization, and can effectively reduce aberrations of close-range imaging, especially distortion and chromatic aberration.

The discharge channel is connected to the shell member and communicates with the receiving groove. When the nozzle member sprays the working fluid to cool the hot plate, the working fluid is conveyed through the nozzle member toward a surface of the hot plate, and the working fluid is sequentially discharged from the hot plate cooling system through the receiving groove to the discharge channel.
