    Abstract: A method is provided for determining entailment between an input premise and an input hypothesis of different modalities. The method includes extracting features from the input hypothesis and an entirety of and regions of interest in the input premise. The method further includes deriving intra-modal relevant information while suppressing intra-modal irrelevant information, based on intra-modal interactions between elementary ones of the features of the input hypothesis and between elementary ones of the features of the input premise. The method also includes attaching cross-modal relevant information to the features from the input premise to the features from the input hypothesis to form a cross-modal representation, based on cross-modal interactions between pairs of different elementary features from different modalities.

    Abstract: In a wireless communication system, a transmitter sends a signal in the form of a number of channel blocks, onto some of which is superimposed an authentication signal. A receiver then uses probabilistic methods that take channel fading into account to determine how many blocks include the authorization signal, and then compares this number with a threshold value. This information may then be used by the transmitter to adjust transmission power.

    Abstract: For wireless communication method, a to-be-transmitting signal is divided into (n+1) packets using a key pre-agreed to by a transmitter and a receiver, where n is a positive integer. The to-be-transmitted signal comprising a regular signal and a tag signal, said tag signal forming an authentication signal. When the difference between received amplitude values of the regular signal and tag signal fail to meet a first pre-determined requirement, a first power parameter adjustment factor is determined for the n packets preceding an (n+1)th packet and a second power parameter adjustment factor is determined for the (n+1)th packet, as well as an energy-limited condition of the to-be-transmitted signal power. The transmitted power of the respective (n+1) packets is then adjusted according to the corresponding power parameter adjustment factor before the to-be-transmitted signal is transmitted.

    Abstract: A wireless communication method and device include: a transmitting device dividing a to-be-transmitted signal into a plurality of packets by using a pre-agreed key; acquiring a preset equivocation threshold; according to the equivocation threshold, determining a power parameter adjustment factor for each of the packets; for each of the packets, performing power adjustment on a signal of the packet according to a power parameter adjustment factor of the packet; and transmitting the to-be-transmitted signal after power adjustment. After receiving the signal, the receiving device groups the signals according to the pre-agreed key, and calculates the power of each packet; determines a test statistic according to the power of each packet, and determines the test statistic whether the quantity is greater than or equal to a preset statistic threshold. If so, it determines that the signal is a tag signal, and if not, that it is a regular signal.

The present invention enables existing concrete to be improved effectively and stably in terms of shrinkage, cracking resistance and rapid hardening; the synthetic chemical functional material may lower a chloride ion diffusion coefficient of the concrete by more than 50%, cut down shrinkage by more than 30%, and reduce the cracking risk of concrete products by 50%.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an SLA-based resource allocation method and an NFVO. The method includes: receiving, by an NFVO, a network service instantiation request, where the network service instantiation request includes an identifier of an SLA of a network service; determining, by the NFVO based on the identifier of the SLA of the network service, an NFVI SLA parameter required for instantiating the network service; further obtaining, from a VIM based on the NFVI SLA parameter, a virtual resource meeting a requirement of the NFVI SLA parameter; and instantiating the network service based on the obtained virtual resource. In the method, the NFVO considers the NFVI SLA parameter when applying for the virtual resource, so that the obtained virtual resource meets a user requirement and a qualification hit rate of resource application is improved.
