  • Patent number: 5578508
Abstract: A channel region and a source region are formed on a surface of a substrate by double diffusion. A trench is formed so as to penetrate a part of the channel region and a part of the source region and reach the substrate. After an insulating film is formed on an inner wall of the trench, a polysilicon layer is buried up to an intermediate portion of the trench. In this state, channel ions are implanted in a side surface region of the trench, thereby depleting a channel region. Thereafter, a polysilicon layer for leading out a gate is buried in the trench.

  • Patent number: 5057923
Abstract: An image pickup device, capable of enlarging images while electronically enlarging the same, picks up images of an object while electronically enlarging the same by two times relative to those in the normal image pickup. In the enlarging image pickup mode, signals having been delayed by a 6H delay circuit are interpolated by a luminance signal interpolating circuit. Horizontal contour of an image based on the interpolated signals is corrected by a horizontal aperture circuit, while vertical contour is corrected by a vertical aperture circuit in response to outputs of the 6H delay circuit. Horizontal contour correcting signals and vertical contour correcting signals are added by an aperture adding circuit. Meanwhile, color-difference signals have their random noises eliminated by a CNR circuit, and are delayed by another 6H delay circuit and interpolated by a color-difference signal interpolating circuit.

  • Patent number: 5019912
Abstract: An image pickup device is capable of picking up images while electrically enlarging the same. In enlarging image pickup, horizontal transfer pulses H.sub.1, H.sub.2, a reset pulse R, a clock signal CLK, sampling pulses SP.sub.1, SP.sub.2 and so on having the periods twice as long as those in the normal image pickup are generated from a horizontal transferring circuit in a timing pulse generating circuit. Thereby, charges stored in a CCD image sensor (6) are horizontally transferred by these signals. A vertical transfer circuit sets vertical transfer pulses V.sub.1 to V.sub.4 at arbitrary timings during 1H of a video period to output the same once in every 2H and outputs high speed vertical transfer pulses in two periods in a vertical blanking period and outputs a reading pulse TG between the first high speed vertical transfer period and the next high speed vertical transfer period. The charges stored in the CCD image sensor are then transferred in the vertical direction in response to these signals.

  • Patent number: 4360130
Abstract: The wall-mounted dispenser for liquid soap has a separable reservoir with an outlet valve. The dispenser further includes a main body with a second outlet valve. When the reservoir is mounted to the main body, a metering chamber is defined between the two outlet valves. The dispensing function is experienced by pushing in a plunger which temporarily decreases the chamber volume and forces the main body outlet valve to open temporarily, thus dispensing a charge of liquid soap. As the plunger is released, a spring return pushes the plunger out, decreasing pressure in the metering chamber, which is equalized as the first outlet valve temporarily opens, admitting a next charge of liquid soap from the reservoir to the metering chamber. The reservoir is replaced by pushing in a resilient release, but the resilient release is preferably normally provided with a stop which must first be moved out of the way.

  • Patent number: 4312771
Abstract: Disclosed is a viscous liquid soap composition which comprises 8 to 11 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the total composition, of a potassium oleate soap, and 3.5 to 5.5 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the total composition, of a higher saturated fatty acid potassium soap, and then the total amount of said two soaps being 13.5 to 15.5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the total composition, 5 to 7 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the total composition, of a fatty acid monoethanolamide and 9 to 11 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the total composition, of a polyhydric alcohol selected from the group consisting of propylene glycol and glycerin, with the remainder being water. This soap composition has such a viscosity-temperature correlation that the viscosity is highest at room temperature or at a temperature in close proximity to room temperature. Furthermore, in this soap composition, the viscosity is hardly changed with the lapse of time.
