    Abstract: Disclosed herein is an injectable anticancer composition for local administration, which contains a suspension of quinine hydrochloride. The anticancer composition for local administration according to the present invention shows an IC50 value against MKN-45 cells, which is about 10 times lower than Paclitaxel, as determined by an MTT assay in vitro, suggesting that the anticancer composition has an excellent cytotoxic effect. The anticancer composition can be administered as a safe anticancer agent in clinical applications, and also shows an anticancer effect by inducing the necrosis and detachment of solid cancer cells. Particularly, the anticancer composition has an anticancer mechanism by which the composition acts locally in a tumor tissue administered with the composition and shows a rapid antitumor effect (1-2 weeks after administration).

In the present invention, when a dual ionic pH-sensitive copolymer containing SDF-1 as a nerve regeneration and protective factor is applied to a patient suffering from ischemic stroke as a drug carrier, it induces the effective delivery of the treatment factor to a topical lesion site, and moreover, the risk factors for adverse effects may be cancelled out, so that it can be effectively used as a novel therapeutic agent for ischemic brain diseases.

A head water jacket is formed within the cylinder head to allow a coolant to flow from one end to another end. The head water jacket includes exhaust port bridge coolant passages formed between the exhaust ports. Lower coolant guides protrude inside the cylinder head so that the coolant flows upward from a bottom side of the cylinder head through the exhaust port bridge coolant passages.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel magnetic resonance image technique for imaging collateral circulation in a human body. In the present invention, source data of a dynamic susceptibility contrast enhancement perfusion-weighted image (DSC-PWI) is subjected to an image-post-processing and an image obtained through the image-post-processing is then compared with an image obtained by digital subtraction angiography (DSA), thereby imaging the collateral circulation. The method according to the present invention can non-invasively, rapidly and easily visualize and evaluate the collateral circulation. Therefore, the method can provide information, which is important for understanding, treatment strategy determination and outcome prediction of a disease generated due to angiostenosis or occlusion.
