The hyperlink layout in a web page can be adapted to the touch precision of user's finger automatically, which facilitates the recognition of hyperlinks by the user's finger.

    Abstract: A decoupling device including a lead frame and at least one capacitor unit assembly is provided. The lead frame includes a cathode terminal portion and at least two opposite anode terminal portions located at two ends of the cathode terminal portion. The two anode terminal portions are electrically connected with each other through a conductive line. The capacitor unit assembly includes multiple capacitor elements. The multiple capacitor elements of the capacitor unit assembly is connected in parallel, arrayed on the same plane and disposed on the lead frame. Each capacitor element has a cathode portion and an anode portion opposite to each other. The cathode portion of the capacitor element is electrically connected with the cathode terminal portion. The anode portion of the capacitor element is electrically connected with the anode terminal portion. When multiple capacitor unit assemblies exists, the capacitor unit assemblies are arrayed in a stacked way.

    Abstract: Method for fabricating MOSFET integrated with Schottky diode (MOSFET/SKY) is disclosed. Gate trench is formed in an epitaxial layer overlaying semiconductor substrate, gate material is deposited therein. Body, source, dielectric regions are successively formed upon epitaxial layer and the gate trench. Top contact trench (TCT) is etched with vertical side walls defining Schottky diode cross-sectional width SDCW through dielectric and source region defining source-contact depth (SCD); and partially into body region by total body-contact depth (TBCD). A heavily-doped embedded body implant region (EBIR) of body-contact depth (BCD)<TBCD is created into side walls of TCT and beneath SCD. An embedded Shannon implant region (ESIR) is created into sub-contact trench zone (SCTZ) beneath TCT floor. A metal layer is formed in contact with ESIR, body and source region. The metal layer also fills TCT and covers dielectric region thus completing the MOSFET/SKY with only one-time etching of its TCT.

    Abstract: An integrated gate driver circuit includes a control circuit, a plurality of drive stages and a plurality of discharge transistors. The control circuit is configured to output a plurality of clock signals within a frame period and to output a discharge enabling signal within a blanking period of the frame period. Each of the drive stages receives the clock signals and includes an output terminal configured to output a gate driving signal. Each of the discharge transistors is coupled to the output terminal of one of the drive stages and discharges the output terminal according to the discharge enabling signal thereby eliminating the voltage fluctuation of the output terminal in the blanking period.

    Abstract: The present invention describes a RF signal control method and device that adjusts the first down-converter gain attenuation and uses the adjusted first down-converter gain attenuation to change the RF signal. The RF signal control method and device also uses a determined linear filter parameter to perform linearity improvement on the digital signal after the RF signal goes through a down-converter and analog-to-digital converter. The RF signal control method and device use an increased up-converter gain attenuation value to correct the RF input signal after digital pre-distortion operation, so that the adjusted and/or improved signals after power amplification have better quality than the RF signal with just a simple analog-to-digital converter and clipping equipment. Thus, the current application improves the linearity effect of digital pre-distortion operation and the dynamic effect of the power amplifier operation, thereby promoting the coverage effect of the RF output signal.

The microporous polyolefin membrane modified by aqueous polymer has thermal shutdown effect and little thermal shrinkage, and improves the main problem of shrinkage of the microporous polyolefin membrane at high temperature.

The microarray reader further includes a microarray that is at least formed of an optical substrate and a reaction chamber in contact with the optical substrate. A buffer solution is encapsulated by the optical substrate and the reaction chamber and a holder aligns the microarray relative to the light source such that when light hits the buffer solution molecules in the buffer solution are excited to emit fluorescent light. A temperature control component is thermally engaged with the holder such that the temperature control component adjusts the temperature of the buffer solution. The microarray reader further includes a sensor that receives the fluorescent light emitted by the excited molecules in the buffer solution to generate a signal.
