  • Publication number: 20220060940
Abstract: In response to detecting, at the first time period, that the available amount of the first resource on the computing device is below the first threshold level, the computer system switches the computing device to a first low resource mode, wherein the switching the computing device to the first low resource mode includes intercepting a first data intended to be transmitted to the computing device, the first data corresponding to a first set of one or more applications on the computing device. In response to detecting, at a second time period that is after the first time period, that the available amount of the first resource on the computing device meets or exceeds the first threshold level, the computer system switches the computing device back to a normal operating mode.

  • Patent number: 11259283
Abstract: A communication channel merging system detects that a first communication session that is provided via a first communication channel between a first user and a first service provider is concurrent with a second communication session that is provided via a second communication channel between the first user and a second service provider. The system then generates a user score based on information associated with the first and second communication sessions and determines that the user score satisfies a condition that causes the first and second communication sessions to be merged into a merged communication session. The system generates a first channel score for the first communication channel and a second channel score for the second communication channel and determines based on those channel scores that the first communication channel should provide the merged communication session. The system directs the merged communication session to be provided on the first communication channel.

  • Patent number: 11250430
Abstract: Systems and methods for transaction management include receiving, from a user device associated with a user, a transaction request and receiving, through a network in a token form, user information associated with the user while the user is accessing transaction information from the user device. The user information comprises data associated with an action by user or a biometric of the user captured by the user device. Based on data associated with the transaction request, a delay in processing the transaction request due to a transaction rule is determined, and then based on the user information, a user interaction indicator associated with the transaction is determined. A transaction management action associated with the transaction is performed based on the user interaction indicator.

  • Publication number: 20220036334
Abstract: An offline transaction is conducted using a primary electronic device or a secondary electronic device communicatively coupled to the primary electronic device. A geographical zone where Internet connectivity is unreliable is determined for the primary electronic device. A detection is made that the primary electronic device is about to enter the geographical zone. In response to the detecting, an amount of funds is made electronically available offline for the primary electronic device. An offline electronic transaction is conducted using the primary electronic device based on the amount of funds. The offline electronic transaction is conducted within the geographical zone.

  • Patent number: 11240030
Abstract: There is provided systems and method for a token management layer for automating authentication during communication channel interactions. A user may contact an organization, such as an online service or payment provider through a first communication channel. During communications with the service provider, the user may provide authentication and/or personal information to step-up the users authentication and identity verification with the service provider. The service provider may provide a token management layer that stores the provided information with a tokenization system and allows the information to be provided for future authentication step-ups when the token is access and/or received. This may be due to additional communications by the user with the service provider, or may occur when the user contacts another service provider that is enrolled with the token management layer. The service provider may also issue other authentication tokens, such as voice authentication.

  • Patent number: 11232429
Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for automated data tokenization through networked sensors. A network of data sensors may detect that a user is likely to engage in electronic transaction processing with a merchant device, for example, based on an action performed by the user and/or with a user device. One or more of the sensors may connect with the user's device and retrieve financial data from the device and/or data necessary to issue a token to the device for transaction processing. The sensor may perform a background process to issue the token to the device, and once onboarded, may store the token to the user's device and/or the merchant device that the user is likely to interact with for transaction processing. The token may be limited in use by location and/or amount, or may be used to fully onboard the user with the token service provider.

  • Patent number: 11226853
Abstract: Cached data is obtained from a device. The cached data includes data saved on the device in response to electronic searches or electronic messaging performed by a user using the device. A determination is made, at least in part via the cached data, regarding an intended use context associated with the electronic searches or the electronic messaging. Using the intended use context, a confidence level is determined. In response to the determined confidence level meeting or exceeding a predefined threshold, a transaction involving the user is automatically executed, or an electronic communication is automatically sent on behalf of the user.

  • Patent number: 11225702
Abstract: The disclosed methods are utilized for recovering a high percent of platinum group metals from spent catalytic converters. The methods use an aqua regia bath and ultrasonic agitation to liberate the metals from the carrier material of the washcoat, while leaving the metal supporting structure largely intact.

  • Publication number: 20210365279
Abstract: Systems and techniques that facilitate computing touchpoint journey recommendations are provided. In various embodiments, an input component can receive a computing context of a client and a computing profile of a client. In various instances, the client can be engaged in a computing touchpoint journey. In various embodiments, a prediction component can predict, via a first machine learning classifier, a negative event likely to occur on the computing touchpoint journey. In various cases, the first machine learning classifier can receive as input the computing context and the computing profile and can generate as output the predicted negative event. In various embodiments, a decision component can recommend in real-time, via a second machine learning classifier, a computing touchpoint to which to transfer the client.

  • Publication number: 20210359839
Abstract: The systems and methods of the multi-blockchain transaction information segregation system of the present disclosure receive a first digital transaction, which includes first digital transaction information and second digital transaction information, through a network via broadcast by a first transaction device. A primary blockchain address provided on a primary blockchain is then identified in the first digital transaction, and a primary blockchain smart contract that is stored on the primary blockchain in association with the primary blockchain address is accessed. The primary blockchain smart contract is then executed to cause the first digital transaction information to be stored on the primary blockchain, and the second digital transaction information to be stored on a secondary blockchain that is separate from the primary blockchain.

  • Publication number: 20210049566
Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for measuring tap pressure on mobile devices to automate actions. A computing device, such as a mobile smart phone, may include a touch screen interface that may accept touch inputs. A touch input may include a presence and location of the touch input on the touch screen interface. Additionally, the computing device may detect a pressure or force applied to the touch screen interface with the touch input. The computing device may include a payment application, where the touch input may be received during use of the payment application. The pressure of the touch input may further define the input for the payment application. For example, a touch input with a first pressure may cause a first process to be initiated, while a second pressure may cause a second process to be initiated.
