Some embodiments may provide for a light emitting diode (LED) flip chip chip-on-board (COB) module for optimizing plant growth, including: a circuit board; ultraviolet (UV) LED flip chips connected to the circuit board; a royal-blue phosphor or fluorescent layer covering a first portion of the UV LED flip chips; and a deep-red phosphor or fluorescent layer covering a second portion of the UV LED flip chips. The royal-blue phosphor or fluorescent layer absorbs UV light generated by the first portion of the UV LED flip chips and converts the UV light into broad-band light in royal-blue spectrums. The a deep-red phosphor or fluorescent layer absorbs UV light generated by the second portion of the UV LED flip chips and converts the UV light into broad-band light in deep-red spectrums.

    Abstract: An electricity supply tool holder for a machining center is provided, and has: a holder body, a stationary coil portion, a rotating coil portion, a lateral fixing portion, and an electrical machinery. The stationary coil portion is provided with a primary coil therein; the rotating coil portion is correspondingly provided with a secondary coil therein; and the lateral fixing portion is fixed on a side of the stationary coil portion used for removably combining with a machining center. When the tool holder is rotated, an external electric power/signal can be transmitted through the lateral fixing portion to the primary coil, then inducing the secondary coil, then the electric power/signal is transmitted to the electrical machinery. Additionally, the lateral fixing portion can be switched into a locked position to temporarily limit rotation, so that it can be used in a machining center of an Automatic Tool Changing (ATC) system.

A main shaft structure of the machine tool comprises a rotating shaft, the end of which is provided with a tool holder chuck for fixing a tool holder; the upper portion of which is provided with a rotating coil portion; the main shaft structure is correspondingly provided with a stationary coil portion; and the tool holder is provided with a high-frequency vibration module. By non-contact coils, an external electric power/signal can be transmitted into the high-frequency vibration module to avoid a wear phenomenon in a contact-rotating electrode. Because the inductive coil is arranged outside of the tool holder, the manufacturing cost of the tool holder is reduced, and the convenience of changing the tool holder is increased. Moreover, the machining stability and efficiency of the tool holder are improved by a control method of sensing/feedback signals with wireless transmission.
