    Abstract: A method is provided for manufacturing a LED package base including providing a metal core substrate having a top surface and a bottom surface and forming two first trenches in the metal core substrate. The first trenches extend from the top surface to the bottom surface. The method further includes at least partially filling in the first trenches with first dielectric material to form dielectric isolations. The dielectric isolations divide the metal core substrate into three metal core portions. Two of the metal core portions may be configured to serve as LED package electrodes. The method also includes applying a second dielectric material to cover at least a portion of the first dielectric material, and forming a conductive layer over the second dielectric material to form circuit contacts. The conductive layer includes a first conductive material.

    Abstract: An electricity supply tool holder for a machining center is provided, and has: a holder body, a stationary coil portion, a rotating coil portion, a lateral fixing portion, and an electrical machinery. The stationary coil portion is provided with a primary coil therein; the rotating coil portion is correspondingly provided with a secondary coil therein; and the lateral fixing portion is fixed on a side of the stationary coil portion used for removably combining with a machining center. When the tool holder is rotated, an external electric power/signal can be transmitted through the lateral fixing portion to the primary coil, then inducing the secondary coil, then the electric power/signal is transmitted to the electrical machinery. Additionally, the lateral fixing portion can be switched into a locked position to temporarily limit rotation, so that it can be used in a machining center of an Automatic Tool Changing (ATC) system.

    Abstract: A machine tool of high-frequency vibration is provided. A main shaft structure of the machine tool comprises a rotating shaft, the end of which is provided with a tool holder chuck for fixing a tool holder; the upper portion of which is provided with a rotating coil portion; the main shaft structure is correspondingly provided with a stationary coil portion; and the tool holder is provided with a high-frequency vibration module. By non-contact coils, an external electric power/signal can be transmitted into the high-frequency vibration module to avoid a wear phenomenon in a contact-rotating electrode. Because the inductive coil is arranged outside of the tool holder, the manufacturing cost of the tool holder is reduced, and the convenience of changing the tool holder is increased. Moreover, the machining stability and efficiency of the tool holder are improved by a control method of sensing/feedback signals with wireless transmission.
