  • Publication number: 20190281223
Abstract: An approach is provided for adjusting camera shots. The approach involves receiving an audio signal via a microphone of a mobile device during video recording of a subject by a camera of the mobile device. The approach also involves determining, at the mobile device, an audio level in a vicinity of the subject based on the received audio signal, wherein the audio level is based on sounds produced by the subject. The approach additionally involves determining that the audio level triggers a shot adjustment state. In the alternative or in addition to, the shot adjustment state is triggered by facial expression of the subject. The approach further involves dynamically adjusting, in response to the shot adjustment state, one or more camera parameters of the camera to alter shot of the subject by the camera during the video recording. The camera parameters relate to either zoom control, aperture, lighting, or a combination thereof.

  • Patent number: 10402981
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for segmenting tissue within a computed tomography (CT) scan of a region of interest into one of a plurality of tissue classes. A plurality of atlases are registered to the CT scan to produce a plurality of registered atlases. A context model representing respective likelihoods that each voxel of the CT scan is a member of each of the plurality of tissue classes is determined from the CT scan and a set of associated training data. A proper subset of the plurality of registered atlases is selected according to the context model and the registered atlases. The selected proper subset of registered atlases are fused to produce a combined segmentation.

  • Publication number: 20190257882
Abstract: Embodiments are directed to identifying intermittent faults in a unit under test (UUT), and to mapping interconnections between connection points in a UUT. In one scenario, a testing apparatus includes an interface for electrically attaching the UUT to a testing module and an input circuit for supplying an individual stimulus signal to each unpowered connection point in the UUT. The testing apparatus also includes an active intermittence detecting circuit electronically connected to each connecting point in the UUT. A stimulus signal is applied simultaneously to each connecting line, so that an intermittent fault on any line will generate a trigger on those connection lines that have an intermittent fault. The testing apparatus also includes a logic circuit that determines when a trigger has been generated on the UUT, determines the connection point of the trigger, assigns a timestamp to the intermittent fault, and generates reporting data for the intermittent fault.
