  • Publication number: 20250007045
Abstract: A battery arrangement for fire suppression. The battery has a plurality of cells, each having an outer surface. A portion of the surfaces of adjacent cells are spaced from each other. Space between the cells is filled with a granular insulating material. The granular insulation may be a microporous insulation. In the case that microporous insulation is used, one of the compounds in the microporous insulation may be an endothermic compound that absorbs heat applied to the microporous insulation.

  • Publication number: 20240403379
Abstract: An embodiment may involve web page metadata that defines a web page, first sub-page metadata that defines a first sub-page, and second sub-page metadata that defines a second sub-page, wherein the web page metadata includes specification of a viewport, and wherein the viewport is associated with an identifier. One or more processors may be configured to: receive a request for the web page; resolve the web page metadata into web content, wherein resolving the web page metadata includes: (i) determining, based on the identifier, a route associated with the viewport, (ii) determining, based on the route, a set of conditions associated with the viewport, (iii) determining that a particular condition is satisfied, wherein the particular condition is associated with the first sub-page and (iv) placing, based on the particular condition being satisfied, the first sub-page metadata in the viewport; and transmit the web content.

  • Patent number: 12118104
Abstract: A method of secure data transfer and storage using ae storage device storing encrypted information. The method uses a host that stores and transfers encrypted sensitive information and a customer that desires the information to be securely stored. The customer chooses a unique encryption code to encrypt sensitive information and uploads the information to a host. Then the host transfers the information to the storage device. Connections between the host and customer are intermittent and done so the storage device remains isolated from networks outside of the host.

  • Publication number: 20240285369
Abstract: Systems, devices and methods for advanced electrode management in neurological monitoring applications include receiving sockets configured to receive connectors having groups of electrodes. The physician is not required to manually map each electrode with its corresponding input channel. Electrodes are coupled to the corresponding input channels in groups through connectors having a unique identification (ID). The system is configured to read the unique ID of each connector and establish its identity. Based on the ID, the system configures itself to automatically correlate or associate each electrode with its corresponding input channel when the connectors are first inserted into the receiving sockets, and again if the connectors are removed and re-inserted into different positions in the receiving sockets, to insure the electrodes are always mapped to the same input channels.

  • Patent number: 11963897
Abstract: An articulated Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO) with an upper boot member and a lower boot member hinged to one another is made more flexible and effective by having a dorsi-flexion control member attached thereto. The dorsi-flexion control member has a main body with upper portion which is attachable to a predetermined position on the upper boot member, and a lower portion which is attachable to a lower boot member. The main body is fabricated from a material having a predetermined set of elasticity characteristics, which will limit dorsi-flexion movement in a predetermined manner, depending on the material used and the specific configuration. In this manner, the elasticity characteristics of the control member can provide both dynamic and static dorsi-flexion control.
