Also provided is a kit is provided that comprises the above compound, with instructions for determining the presence of the enzyme. Additionally, a method is provided for determining whether a sample has an enzyme that removes a succinyl, a methyl succinyl, a formyl, or a myristoyl moiety from an ?-amino of a lysine. Also provided is a method of determining whether a molecule inhibits an enzyme that removes a succinyl, a methyl succinyl, a formyl, or a myristoyl moiety from an ?-amino of a lysine.

Abstract: On a computing device, a user interface (UI) layout file is received. The UI layout file defines a visual layout of the GUI. The UI layout file includes a plurality of UI elements each including a UI element identifier and a UI element descriptor. The GUI is displayed via a display according to the UI layout file. An update object specifying UI elements in the UI layout file to be changed is received. The update object includes for each UI element to be changed, the UI element identifier and an update payload including updated information to be displayed via the UI element. The GUI is changed via the display according to the update object.

Abstract: An article including a front region, a back region, and a chassis. The chassis may include an absorbent core having a front end edge and a back end edge. The front region and the back region may extend laterally outward beyond side edges of the chassis. The front region and the back region may abut to form a first seam and a second seam. At least one of the front region and the back region may include an elastic member. A first outer nonwoven layer of the front region and a second outer nonwoven layer of the back region may be folded to form an upper edge in the front and back regions such that a distal end of each of the first and second outer nonwoven layer may be disposed between the upper edge and the front and back end edges of the absorbent core, respectively.

Abstract: The disclosure generally relates to a patient monitoring and display system. The system allows a clinician to trigger the occurrence of a clinical event, and record a patient's status following the clinical event. The system calculates and displays a change in a patient's status resulting from the clinical event. The system allows multiple parameters to be tracked and displayed on a single screen. The system can also display various animated organs, such as a heart or a lung, corresponding to an operation of the organs in the patient.

Abstract: A compact and easy to assemble grill cart to support a collapsible grill cart that includes a base portion, side portions, and a top portion that can be stored in a compact, folded configuration. The collapsible cart can be expanded or unfolded to provide a stable structure that can support a cooking unit, such as a grill, grill insert, or firebox. Such a collapsible grill cart can also include doors that provide enclosed storage space within the expanded cart and wheels to facilitate transportation.

Abstract: An adjustable desk platform can include: an upper platform defining a substantially planar work surface; a base located beneath the upper platform, the base defining a bottom surface without legs that is adapted to sit on an existing desk; first and second sets of arms coupling the upper platform to the base, wherein the first and second sets of arms are adapted for movement of the upper platform substantially in parallel with the base between a fully raised position and a fully lowered position; and a user-operable locking mechanism associated with the upper platform, the locking mechanism adapted to releasably lock the upper platform in the fully raised position, and in at least one intermediate position between the fully raised position and the fully lowered position. The drainage liners have a woven scrim made of warp tapes and weft tapes, and have a plurality of high-denier strands each superimposed upon a warp tape or each superimposed upon a weft tape and each interwoven into the woven scrim by oppositely oriented tapes. The warp tapes or the weft tapes with superimposed high-denier strands thereon are spaced apart within the woven scrim by at least one tape of a same orientation, thereby defining a plurality of parallel channels for fluid flow between nearest neighboring high-denier strands.

Abstract: Ground Potential Rise (GPR) systems and methods with depth sensing measure the GPR between the ground grid and the remote earth. Methods and systems described herein may provide a GPR measurement to an existing distance protection. A GPR system may comprise a set of potential transformers. The set of potential transformers may be coupled to different ground rods driven into the earth at different depths, respectively. One wire of the high voltage side of the potential transformer may be coupled to the ground grid of a substation, and the second wire of the potential transformer may be coupled to an insulated wire that is coupled to a ground rod or multiple of ground rods bonded together. The low voltage side of the potential transformer is used to connect Distance Relays, Voltage Relays, DFR or Alarms.

Abstract: An adaptive music playback system is disclosed. The system includes a composition system that receives information corresponding to user activity levels. The composition system modifies the composition of a song in response to changes in user activity. The modifications are made according to a set of composition rules to facilitate smooth musical transitions.
