  • Publication number: 20220076339
Abstract: A computer implemented method for controlling operational states of a hardware matching processor includes monitoring, by a circuit breaker, incoming electronic data transaction request messages to the hardware matching processor; dynamically defining a range of values as a function of values included with electronic data transaction request messages received during a rolling lookback window; detecting that an incoming electronic data transaction request message contains a value outside the range of values; transitioning the electronic data transaction processing system into a pre-open state for a predetermined period, thereby preventing the hardware matching processor from matching incoming electronic data transaction request messages; calculating a pre-open value at an end of the pre-open state; and re-opening the electronic data transaction processing system at the calculated pre-open value, thereby allowing the hardware matching processor to match incoming electronic data transaction request messages.

  • Publication number: 20210405007
Abstract: An inlet or primary particle size fractionator for a direct-reading PM2.5 mass sensor described herein may remove atmospheric particles of a given size, such as particles greater than the inlet cut point (e.g., having a 10 ?m AD cut point) and may transport particles less than the cut point to a mass sensing element or a secondary particle size fractionator (e.g., having a 2.5 ?m AD cut point). The inlet may have a flow rate range of between 1 mL/min and 50 mL/min (or higher flow rates depending on the application). The inlet may include a virtual impactor (VI), real impactor, cyclone, or virtual cyclone (VC). A sensing element may measure particle mass below the primary particle size fractionator (e.g., 2.5 ?m AD particles with a 10 ?m AD cut point inlet) and/or between the size range of the primary and secondary particle size fractionators (e.g., between 2.5 ?m and 10 ?m AD, or coarse particles).

  • Patent number: 11150818
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to methods, systems, and circuitry for reduced error in power consumption estimation for distinct circuitries. A non-limiting example includes distinct circuitry having an optimized power consumption definition. The distinct circuitry includes a substrate. The distinct circuitry includes an arrangement of interoperable hardware components disposed on the substrate having input pins defined according to a model described by a hardware description language operable to emulate toggle events of the interoperable hardware components defined by the model having a toggle event count based on combinations of the toggle events that correspond to predetermined power quantities. The toggle events define an aggregate toggle power consumption closer to an actual power consumption than an aggregate pin power consumption based on the input pins.

  • Patent number: 11113436
Abstract: A computer-implemented method is provided for simultaneous simulation of one-dimensional flow and multi-dimensional flow in a fluid flow network. Processes define meshes of nodes for both one-dimensional and multi-dimensional flow components in a fluid flow network. Another process defines a relational data structure for each adjacent node pair in each multi-dimensional flow component. A flow analysis code is executed to model fluid flow throughout the fluid flow network using the one-dimensional and multi-dimensional meshes of nodes, and each relational data structure.
