  • Publication number: 20210004758
Abstract: Systems, methods, and machine-readable media are provided for processing items within an automated storage and retrieval device. A scanned machine-readable identifier associated with an item is received at an automated storage and retrieval device. A determination is made whether the machine-readable identifier that was scanned is a container identification (ID). The machine-readable identifier is identified based on pre-defined criteria when the machine-readable identifier is determined not to be a container ID. The machine-readable identifier is mapped to an existing order using stored order information. A container ID is created by the fulfillment system and passed back to the automated storage and retrieval device. The item is stored in the automated storage and retrieval device using the created container ID.

  • Patent number: 10886947
Abstract: Various implementations are directed to systems and methods for maintaining integrity and reliability of data in an SSD device using error correction coding. According to certain aspects, for frames of data having an ECC code with two or more sub-codes, while one sub-decoder is not in use it could be used to start a decode of another frame. By “interleaving” and alternating the frames between sub-decoders, two or more frames can be decoded simultaneously in an efficient manner. This can clearly be extended to more sub-codes (i.e. dimensions greater than two).

  • Publication number: 20200387973
Abstract: Techniques are described herein that are capable of restricting access to a line of credit associated with a restricted-access credit device. For instance, the restricted-access credit device may receive a purchase request that requests execution of a purchase transaction for an item from a point-of-sale terminal. The purchase request includes a merchant category code of a merchant that is associated with the point-of-sale terminal. The item includes good(s) and/or service(s). The restricted-access credit device may provide an account identifier that identifies the line of credit to the point-of-sale terminal. The restricted-access credit device may cause the merchant category code of the merchant to be cross-referenced with healthcare-related merchant category codes. The restricted-access credit device may selectively trigger execution of the purchase transaction depending on whether the merchant category code of the merchant corresponds to at least one of the healthcare-related merchant category codes.

  • Publication number: 20200388362
Abstract: Techniques are described herein that are capable of accessing healthcare data using a healthcare data chip device. For instance, communication may be established with a point-of-sale reader on behalf of a user. The communication initiates a purchase of good(s) and/or service(s). The user may be authenticated to a store that stores aggregated healthcare data associated with the user by providing credentials of the user to the store. Access to the aggregated healthcare data, which includes portions that are aggregated from respective healthcare data storage systems, may be obtained via the point-of-sale reader, based at least in part on the credentials of the user and reference credentials being same. At least some of the aggregated healthcare data may be caused to be presented via a user interface that is included in the point-of-sale reader based at least in part on access to the aggregated healthcare data being obtained.

  • Publication number: 20200385944
Abstract: A system for applying and recovering de-icing chemicals from a surface. The system includes a spray system for applying a de-icing chemical to the surface and draws the de-icing chemical from the surface. The de-icing chemical and contaminants are conveyed to a reservoir to form a combined solution. A recovery system includes a filter device for removing solids from the combined solution, at least one sensor for measuring a property of the combined solution, and a source of additive chemical. A controller is configured to determine a property of the combined solution based on signals provided by the at least one sensor, move a valve to an open position to cause the additive chemical to mix with the combined solution if the property is less than a predetermined minimum value, and move the valve to a closed position if the property is greater than the predetermined minimum value.

  • Publication number: 20200356726
Abstract: Examples of automatically generating natural language pipelines to process an input to generate tags, semantic or syntactic, are described. In an example, on receiving a request to process input data to generate tags, a dependency graph, based on identified dependees and further dependees may be created to satisfy the request, the dependency graph including natural language operations arranged in order of their dependencies on each other. Based on the dependency graph, a pipeline for the tags may be automatically generated, which includes a series of natural language operations such that the operations for dependee tags are processed before any of their associated depender tags.

  • Publication number: 20200348800
Abstract: Systems and methods are provides for changing a window stack for a multi-screen device. The window stack can change based on the movement of a window. The system can receive a gesture indicating a change in the position of a window in the device. Upon receiving the gesture, the system determines a new position in the window stack for the moved window. Then, the system can determine a display associated with the moved window and change the logic data structure associated with the moved window to describe the new position of the moved window in the window stack.
