  • Publication number: 20230338735
Abstract: An implantable neuromodulation system can include an electrode configured to be disposed at or near a first branch of a hypoglossal nerve of a patient and configured to provide a first electrostimulation therapy to treat a sleep disorder or breathing disorder of a patient. The system can include a sensor configured to provide a sensor signal that includes information about a patient response to the first electrostimulation therapy. The patient response can include at least one of an acoustic profile of an airway of the patient, a change in a position of a tongue of the patient, and information about an evoked compound action potential (ECAP) of a portion of the hypoglossal nerve. In an example, a processor circuit can use information from the sensor signal to select a subsequent electrostimulation therapy to treat the sleep disorder or breathing disorder of the patient.

  • Publication number: 20230324491
Abstract: A method and tracker for determining the location of an object, such as a parcel or luggage. The tracker periodically transmits a wireless access point beacon comprising SSID (network name) and a MAC address, in accordance with an IEEE 802.11 standard, has a power storage device, and an energy harvesting module. A server monitors data from 3rd party mobile devices regarding the locations of wifi beacons, and the user is informed of the relevant location if the beacon of the tracker is uploaded to the server. When the tracker is moved and/or it comes into range of one of the wireless portable devices, the user is informed of its location. This enables indefinite tracking especially in urban areas, worldwide.

  • Publication number: 20230269502
Abstract: A photodetector interface circuit is described, residing partially or fully within a unit cell per pixel of an FPA. The interface circuit uses an innovative approach to providing pixel level digitization for full frame integration times while maintaining the ability to use integration capacitors of practical sizes. The technique uses successive charge subtraction, removing charge from an integration capacitor successively, triggered by the charge increasing sufficiently to charge the integrator to a reference level, thereby triggering both charge removal and incrementing a count, until all of the current flowing in the photodetector has been accounted for and the count represents the digitization of the photodetector signal. Various options on how to arrange the digitization elements are also disclosed.
