  • Patent number: 12229685
Abstract: Systems/techniques that facilitate generation of model suitability coefficients are provided. In various embodiments, a system can access a model trained on a training dataset, and the system can compute a coefficient indicating whether the model is suitable for deployment on a target dataset, based on analyzing activation maps associated with the model. In some cases, the system can: train a generative adversarial network (GAN) to learn a distribution of training activation maps produced by the model; generate a set of target activation maps of the model, by feeding samples from the target dataset to the model; cause a generator of the GAN to generate synthetic training activation maps from the learned distribution of training activation maps; iteratively perturb inputs of the generator until distances between the synthetic training activation maps and the target activation maps are minimized; and aggregate the minimized distances to form the coefficient.

  • Publication number: 20250055811
Abstract: A sliced router decomposes a router into a plurality of slices. Each slice has a subset of the input and output ports of the router. One or more of the slices may communicate with a network access point. Adjacent slices communicate with each other. In some example embodiments, there are dedicated physical channels between each slice and each adjacent slice for traffic coming in on or going out on ports of other slices. Within a slice, traffic may be arbitrated onto upstream or downstream channels going to the same output port. Each slice contains one or more crossbars, allowing data received on any input port to be routed to any output port of the slice. The crossbar of each slice is substantially smaller than the crossbar that would be used by a unified router.

  • Publication number: 20250045781
Abstract: Features from historical transaction and customer data of a financial institution are calculated and/or extracted. Each customer is assigned to a given profitability cluster within each interval of time over a historical period of time based on the corresponding features. A self-supervised machine learning model is trained on the features to predict the clusters in a future interval of time. Features for a most-recent past interval of time are provided as input to the model and the model returns a predicted cluster for a given customer in a future interval of time. When the customer-assigned cluster in the most-recent past interval of time is a higher prioritized cluster than the predicted cluster for the future interval of time, a system of a financial institution (FI) is notified to take one or more mitigating in an attempt to prevent customer churn with the FI.

  • Publication number: 20250045091
Abstract: A multi-core processing system, such as a system-on-chip (SOC), is configured to use interrupts when sending processed data from a source processing core to a destination processing core. The source processing core may delay sending interrupts, but still keep processing data, when an acknowledgment for a previous interrupt is not received from an inter-processor communication controller. When the acknowledgment is received, the source processing core may resume sending an interrupt for the next chunk of data processed. As such, not all chunks of data may have associated interrupts.

  • Patent number: 12219493
Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for channel sounding for wireless communications. Some implementations more specifically relate to scheduling sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets for wireless devices having more than 4 receive (RX) antenna ports. In some implementations, a base station may determine an antenna switching capability of a user equipment (UE). The antenna switching capability indicates a number of RX antenna ports of the UE. The base station schedules a number of SRS resource sets for the UE based at least in part on the number of RX antenna ports in excess of four. For example, the number of RX antenna ports may be equal to 8. As another example, the number of RX antenna ports may be equal to 6. The base station further receives, from the UE, uplink transmissions of one or more SRS resources for each of the scheduled SRS resource sets.

  • Patent number: 12216729
Abstract: An experimentation platform controls testing of features by an application server. Based on a user identifier, the experimentation platform determines which feature should be provided, and the application server provides the corresponding version of a user interface. If the user behavior data shows that using a tested feature results in an improvement, the tested feature will be adopted. To determine whether or not an improvement is observed, a statistically significant amount of data is gathered. The experimentation platform gathers data regarding user behavior for the feature versions and, in response, adjusts the frequency at which each version is served. Providing the proposed version to an increased percentage of users decreases the total number of page serves required to gather statistically significant data. The experimentation platform may provide an updated projected time to completion of testing based on the changed percentage of users receiving the proposed version.

  • Patent number: 12217172
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for training and using a deep neural network with adaptively trained off-ramps for an early exit at an intermediate representation layer. The training includes, for respective intermediate representation layers of a sequence of intermediate representation layers, predicting a label based on the training data and comparing against a correct label. The training further includes generating a confidence value associated with the predicted label. The confidence value is based on optimizing an objective function that includes a weighted entropy of a probability distribution of the likelihood, weighted based on whether previous intermediate representation layer has accurately predicted the label. Use of the weighted entropy provides the training with a focus on predicting labels that the previous intermediate representation layers has performed poorly and not labels that have existed before the intermediate representation layer being trained.

  • Publication number: 20250036388
Abstract: A method includes receiving a request. The request is encrypted to generate an encrypted request. The encrypted request includes a version information for a first software package deployed in a standalone computing system, and a region information and a hardware information for the standalone computing system. The encrypted request is sent to a respective regional data center of a cloud computing system based on the region information of the first software package. A second software package is identified among software packages stored in the respective regional data center. The second software package corresponds to the hardware information of the first software package. The version information of the first software package is compared to a version information of the second software package. In response to identifying that the second software package is more recent than the first software package, the second software package is deployed to the standalone computing system.
