    Abstract: Disclosed is a test method for measuring a force situation of a tree-shaped spatial node, and the test method is realized by a reaction frame device. The reaction frame device includes a raft foundation and a reaction frame fixedly mounted on the raft foundation, a cavity is formed inside the reaction frame to accommodate a tree-shaped spatial node; a main pipe of the tree-shaped spatial node is plumb-fastened to the raft foundation, and a force measurement assembly is arranged in an upper space of the cavity, which can simultaneously apply force of a set value to each branch pipe in the tree-shaped spatial node and detect a combined force applied to the tree-shaped spatial node. The method can simultaneously and accurately apply static force to each branch pipe, thereby effectively predicting the overall working condition of the tree-shaped spatial node.

    Abstract: Provided are methods of preparing a circular RNA, comprising providing a template DNA, wherein the template DNA comprises a sequence encoding a precursor RNA, in a reaction solution to allow synthesis of precursor RNA by in vitro transcription of the template DNA and allowing the precursor RNA to self-splice, thereby producing a circular RNA, wherein the in vitro transcription of the template DNA and the self-splicing (i.e., circularization) of the precursor RNA are carried out in the same reaction solution under the same reaction conditions (e.g., the same reaction temperature). The method can be carried out in a single reaction vessel and does not require a step of purifying the precursor RNA before allowing the precursor RNA to self-splice.

    Abstract: A control method for impedance spectrum measurement of a battery is disclosed. The battery outputs a power via a DC-DC converter. The control method includes (i) sending a first signal, wherein the first signal indicates a conduction mode of the DC-DC converter to be set, and the conduction mode includes a discontinuous conduction mode or a critical conduction mode, (ii) receiving a current measurement value and a voltage measurement value at an output end of the battery, and (iii) calculating an impedance spectrum of the battery based on the received current measurement value and the received voltage measurement value.     Abstract: A method for preparing a weathered coal-derived humic acid/urea-formaldehyde slow-release fertilizer granule by reactive extrusion process with depolymerization-activation-polycondensation trinity is provided. In an alkaline environment, paraformaldehyde is depolymerized into formaldehyde small molecules, which react with urea to form monohydroxymethylurea and dihydroxymethylurea. Under the strong shearing action of screws of the twin-screw reactive extruder, the macromolecular weathered coal-derived humic acid is depolymerized into relatively small molecule weathered coal-derived humic acid, and abundant active carboxyl groups are exposed, some of which immediately undergo dehydration condensation with —NH2 on the urea-formaldehyde molecule produced by the polycondensation of hydroxymethylurea during the reactive extrusion process to generate weathered coal-derived humic acid/urea-formaldehyde and its granules.
