    Abstract: Here we report the creation of a new positive-selection cloning vector dubbed pKILLIN, which overcomes all of the above pitfalls. The essence behind its high cloning efficiency is the extreme toxicity and small size of the toxic domain of killin, a recently discovered p53 target gene. Insertion inactivation of killin within the multiple cloning site via either blunt- or sticky-end ligation serves not only as a highly efficient cloning trap, but also may allow any cloned genes to be expressed as His-tagged fusion proteins for subsequent purification. Thus, pKILLIN is a versatile positive-selection vector ideal for cloning PCR products, making DNA libraries, as well as routine cloning and bacterial expression of genes.

The calculating unit receives relative position information of a first object and a second object and geometric information of the first object and the second object. If the first object and the second object are not in contact, the calculating unit calculates a force feedback value based on the relative position information and the geometric information. The force feedback displacement controller outputs a displacement command, and receives the force feedback value. The displacement command allows the first object to move with respect to the second object. The force feedback displacement controller includes a displacement unit that generates the displacement command based on an operation of a user, and a force feedback unit that provides a feedback force to the displacement unit based on the force feedback value.

    Abstract: A portable green power device includes an energy storage module, a manpower generating module, a control unit and an AC charging module. The energy storage module has input terminals, output terminals and a DC charging port. The output terminal is connected to an additional energy storage module in parallel and/or an external device. The energy storage module is electrically connected in parallel to expand power storage capacity, and the expansion still enable charging and discharging synchronously with voltage levels balanced dynamically. The manpower generating module utilizes relative movement between a magnetic components and an induction coil to generate energy. The control unit tracks and collects the power generated by the manpower generating module with the maximum power point tracking circuit and then transfers the power to the energy storage module. The AC charging module transforms AC power to DC power and transfers the DC power to the energy storage module.

The engine management system receives the security state transmitted by the central lock system and verifies the identity of the central lock system by code matching (S106); security identification between the engine management system and the central lock system is carried out by bidirectional encryption communication (S107). The engine management system then decides whether or not to lock the engine according to the result of the security identification.

    Abstract: A wastewater treatment process and wastewater treatment device for generating current and desalting simultaneously are provided. The device may comprise an anode compartment, an anion exchange membrane, a middle desalting compartment, a cation exchange membrane and a cathode compartment. Wastewater flows into the anode compartment, and is oxidized under the action of an electricigenic microbe. In the desalting compartment, anions are transferred to the anode compartment through the anion exchange membrane, and cations are transferred to the cathode compartment through the cation exchange membrane, thus achieving a desalting process and forming an internal current. Electrons are transferred to the cathode through an external circuit such that a reduction reaction takes place and a current generation is achieved. The wastewater treatment, the current generation and the desalination are achieved simultaneously in the process.

The process involves gene fusion between a soluble receptor with a ligand binding domain and a trimerization tag from the C-propeptide domain of pro-collagen, which is capable of self-assembly into a covalently linked trimer. Using both in vitro bioassays and an in vivo mouse model for collagen-induced arthritis (CIA), we show that the homotrimeric soluble TNF receptor produced with such method is a more potent blocker than dimeric TNF receptor decoys in inhibiting TNF-? mediated inflammatory diseases.
