The method includes: determining a priority/priorities of second data information and/or feedback information by a second device, allocating power for the second data information and/or the feedback information according to the priority/priorities; and/or scrambling and/or indicating the second data information and/or the feedback information by the second device by using an identifier. Hence, supporting multiple unicast sessions or groupcast sessions by the same device may be achieved.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for transmitting data of vehicle communication (V2X) services and a communication system. The apparatus includes: a first generating unit configured in a media access control (MAC) layer of the terminal equipment and configured to generate at least one protocol data unit (PDU) in a mode identical to a transmission mode to which a service data unit (SDU) contained in a PDU corresponds; and a first transmitting unit configured in the MAC layer and configured to transmit the PDU to a physical layer of the terminal equipment, and notify the transmission mode to which the PDU corresponds to the physical layer. This disclosure facilitates the physical layer to transmit data in a corresponding transmission mode. The terminal equipment may determine the transmission mode or set the transmission mode according to the indication information, and layers of the terminal equipment perform corresponding processing.

A UE capability of a destination UE is identified by using a specific UE identity, and a transmitting end UE is facilitated to provide configuration not exceeding a UE capability according to the UE capability of a destination UE and maintain information on the destination UE, thereby providing a mechanism for identifying a UE capability.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving sidelink feedback information. For HARQ-ACK retransmission from a first device to a network device, if the first device has transmitted a PSCCH and/or PSSCH associated with HARQ-ACK to a second device, but has not received sidelink feedback information needing to be carried by the PUCCH, the first device does not transmit the PUCCH to the network device, thereby unnecessary occupation of an unlicensed frequency band can be reduced or avoided, and the network device can be notified to schedule HARQ-ACK retransmission. For HARQ-ACK retransmission from the second device to the first device, a size of a HARQ-ACK codebook is additionally used to determine a PSFCH resource, so as to avoid a PSFCH resource collision during HARQ-ACK retransmission of multicast.

Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure provide an inter-UE coordination apparatus and method, the method including: transmitting sidelink control information and sidelink data information by a terminal equipment, the sidelink control information indicating a reserved resource; performing preemption detection on the reserved resource; and determining whether to receive coordination information used to indicate that a conflict occurs in the reserved resource, and/or determining whether to perform resource reselection based on the received coordination information, according to whether the reserved resource is preempted. Hence, unnecessary resource reselection may be avoided, probabilities of occurrence of conflicts may be reduced, and transmission reliabilities may be improved.
